Requirements:

Ideally, you have a degree in Chemical Engineering with at least 15 years of post graduate Process Engineering experience, in the onshore or offshore Oil & Gas industry. You must have extensive experience in conceptual and detailed designing of Oil & Gas facilities and process equipments, with a proficiency in using process simulation software such as HYSYS and PRO/11 and commercial softwares including FLARESIM, PIPESIM, TASC+. You must have the proven ability to manage and lead projects with good leadership and communication skills. We also seek an experienced Professional with the ability to identify and solve problems, somebody with a strong ‘Know- How’ attitude.


Part of a significant MNC, our client is a global leader in design, fabrication, installation and servicing of FPSOs and FSOs systems for the offshore Oil & Gas industry. Due to the continued growth in their clients’ needs, they seek an experienced Senior Process Engineering Professional to contribute to their team.

Reporting to the Manager of Process and Loss Prevention, you will participate in the development of the department and capabilities.

You are responsible of the production of technical reports and manuals, seeking constant development and improvement of standards and process design modules. You will need to provide innovative and cost effective solutions to clients for operating problems and capacity constraints in exiting projects.

As a main point of contact, you will liaise frequently with clients, attend and contribute to project meetings, relating formal instructions to the process team. You will interface with peers in the other departments, ensuring timely production of all engineering deliverables and studies, in compliance to required codes and standards.

You will also be engaged in managing process studies, maintaining QA and Safety procedures in compliance to requested specifications. You will also be chairing HAZOP and other safety reviews. As a valuable mentor to the junior team members, you will need to facilitate both internal and external training courses.

You will need to deputize as Head of Department when required.
