OILFIELD PIPELINE INSPECTION SDN BHD is an established Company providing inspection and NDT Services in Malaysia and overseas to Oil and Gas, Petrochemical and Fabrications Industries. Due to the rapid expansion in our activities, we are looking for English speaking qualified Malaysians candidates who are energetic, hardworking and willing to work end long irregular hours for the following position.

Condition Base Monitoring (CBM)/Mechanical Rotating Engineer
(Miri or Kota Kinabalu, Malaysia)

Requirements:
Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma or Professional Degree in Engineering (Mechanical).
Minimum 6 years working experience in Condition Base Monitoring to be qualified as CBM Engineer·
Diploma holder and those with less experience will be considered as Technician.
Between 28 -38 years of age.
Prior offshore work experience is an added advantage.
Good spoken and written English.
Applicants must be willing to work in Miri or Kota Kinabalu, Malaysia.
Required language(s): English.
Preferred language(s): Bahasa Malaysia, Chinese


Responsibilities:
Provide alignment services for rotating machines.
Perform workshop and In-situ / Trim Balancing Services
Conduct detailed fault investigation services for critical rotating equipment.
Provide data acquisition services of enhance project related to machinery integrity/health.
Boroscope Inspection Services
Provide Thermal Imaging/Thermography Services
Provide Shaft / Torsional Analysis.
Handle vibration monitoring, survey and analysis.
Trouble-shoot machinery problems, alignment services for rotating machinery.
Diagnose problems and misalignment for rotating machinery.
Perform envelope analysis and identify antifriction problems.
Conduct electrical line frequency analysis.
Handle lube oil sample collection, analysis and reports.
Handle turbine performance analysis.
Utilize M-health for turbo machinery performance analysis.
Conduct root cause analysis and recommendations.
Be part of Reliability Engineering Unit.
Handle maintenance benchmarking and audit.
Train and develop junior personnel.
