Requirements:
* Minimum Bachelor degree majoring in Law/Legal. Master degree of any field would be preferable.
* Having 3-5 years experience in Legal, preferably in oil & gas industry with previous channeling to respective Government agencies (BPMIGAS, Migas, etc)
* High level of negotiation, management and communication skills
* Able to work perform analytical thinking and decision making
* Good command in English both written and speaking

o To advise and ensure the Company and management to operate the PSC in accordance with the prevailing local and international laws, regulations and policies set by the Company in order to avoid or to minimize adversary legal exposures

* Competent in use of relevant codes and software
* Construction and offshore experience desirable
* Specialist knowledge in materials or corrosion beneficial
* Project engineering experience desirable
* Experience in bid preparation
* Relevant degree qualified
* Specialist Masters and Chartered status are preferred
Main Responsibilities:
* Perform engineering duties as advised under supervision of assigned, Lead Engineer,
* Project Manager or supervisor
* Take responsibility for fulfilling engineering scope, checking calculations and analyses
* Ensure compliance with corporate and project QMS and HSE procedures
* Supervise and co-ordinate engineers and draughtsmen
* Liaise with other members of the project team
* Proficient in writing and checking of design reports and calculation sheets
* Have experience of preparation of procurement data sheets and material and fabrication specifications
* Liaise with material and equipment suppliers
* Undertake assignments in other branch offices, client offices, vessels or on-site
* Support to bid preparation
* Provide input to development of engineering methodologies and tools
