CONSTRUCTION SUPERVISOR (CS)
Requirements
• Minimum a technical degree in the appropriate discipline with 12 years of industry experience, involving construction/Installation of oil & gas drilling facilities.
• Good knowledge of Industrys engineering standards, quality control, health, safety & environmental awareness.
• Good ability to interpret and review method statements, inspection and test plans, construction schedules and drawings.
• Good communication and report writing skills and ability to supervise contractor workforce.
• Good interpersonal skills with experiences in working hand-in-band with nationals and/or expatriates in both office environment and on-site locations.
Reporting to Operations Manager, the incumbent will be responsible to deliver plans, designs and time and cost estimates, oversee construction and maintenance of structures, facilities, systems and components.
Key Job Responsibilities
• Prepares scope of work for construction works/maintenance. Supervises corrective and preventive construction works Including modification/refurbishment, demolition, facilities repairs/ maintenance.
• Follows up all site Issues relevant to the execution of contracts.
• Conducts site surveys/checks to measure actual completion of works vs planned. Prepares site/progress reports and conducts commissioning and snagging of new projects.

Requirements:

• Prepare periodic reports and production reconciliation as required
• Provide pit layout designs based on mine scheduling progress
• Provide scheduling reconciliation, feed back to Mine Operation and Contractors

• Graduate Mining Engineer

• Capability to operating Minescape or Surpac software
• Previous management and supervisory experience in a production coal mine
• Preferably held a “POP” Mining Indonesia competency certificate

4. Senior Pit Geologist (Code : SGEO)
Responsibilities:
• Mapping faults and dips of coal and input to the mine planning designs
• Prepare channel sampling and grab sampling
• Prepared coal seam profile from coal sample to ensure actual quality and give the data to coal mining and hauling supervisor
• Improve coal recovery maximize, reduce coal losses, and minimize coal dilution
• Prepare and monitoring coal line, batter blocks, high wall, and geotechnical investigation
• Ensure coal blends correct from field
• Supported operation and handle for coal quality from Pit
• Update Geological Model and Model reconciliation
• Complete report of activities.
Requirements:
• Bachelor s Degree in Geology Engineering
• A minimum of 5 years professional experience in large open cut mining and mine engineering
• Mining heavy industry experience is essential
• Having competency certificate POP (Mining Indonesia Competency certificate) is an advantage
• Demonstrate proficiency with suit of mine planning (Mincom) and other general office software (Microsoft)
• Mining principles, Mine design concept and Operations
• An awareness of mine operation regularly requirements
• Age between 25 – 40 years old
5. Mine Safety Officer (Code : MSO)
Responsibilities:
• Provide design and implementation safety regulation, procedure, guidance for all worker and visitor in site
• Assure unsafe areas are marked as potential hazard
• Arrange regular safety meetings (daily, weekly, monthly) with employee and contractors
• Provide safety induction for new employee and visitor and prepare PPE for them
• Arrange all safety equipment to support safety activity
• Provide traffic plan flow and control traffic vehicle activity
• Investigate accident/incident making report and follow up action
• Provide safety audit in company to compliance safety regulation
• Communicate and coordinate with all department and contractor regarding safety issue
• Provide safety training to employ and contractor

Requirements:
• Experience more than 3 year related field mining area
• Candidate must possess at a least an DIII degree in related discipline
• Preferably having experience as Paramedic backgound

• Having competency certificate (POP, AK3 UMUM, Paramedic ISOS) is an advantage
• Age between 25 – 35 years old.
6. Shipping Superintendent (Code : SSPT)
Responsibilities:
• Oversee and direct shipping crew activities in order to ensure that production goals and customer requirements are met while maintaining safety/health requirements,product quality, and minimizing operating costs
• Manage and handling of the Quantity, Quality Control and all activity in Shipping department
• Controlling Weight Bridge activities and monitoring the entry of data into a database
• Responsible to handling Quality & Quantity Control product from mine to stockpile and barging
• Manage and arrange ROM Stockpile Management & Crushed Coal activities, and coal blending
• Make plans corresponding barging and shipping nomination ship/vessel, including the control of the amount and quality of the coal to meet the marketing demand and tailored to the mining operations plan
• Coordinate with the other departments for efficient operation and to achievement targets
• Manage, coordinate and supervise contractors for execution of works, including crushing, stockpiling management and barge loading
• Communicate and supervise the Superintending Contractors on Product Quality monitor & Barging
• Minimize delays during loading activities and maximize the “loading rate” of barge loading equipment
• Set tasks for shipping foreman for the efficient implementation of activities in each section
• Attend site meetings for Safety, Operation and marketing
• Prepare Shipping monthly Report and checking Contractors Progress Claim
• Manage and Supervise for shipping crews
• Concerned with safety issue in mining area
• Coordinate with other PT SCI departments, particularly Mine Production
• Gather information and develop reports as required by Shipping Manager and Project Manager.
Requirements:
• Bachelor s Degree from Analyst Chemistry /Geologist/ Mining Engineer /Civil Engineer
• Minimum 5-8 years experience in mine operation
• Having experience as Shipping Superintendent level an advantage
• Having competency certificate POM (Mining Indonesia Competency certificate) is an advantage
• Excellent Interpersonal and communication skill in both Bahasa Indonesia and English (oral and written)
• Age maximum 50 years old
