Requirements:

• Has drilled a variety of directional and horizontal well profiles
• Total minimum experience 17 years
• Required to attend the company drilling meeting each morning while drilling operations are ongoing, or as required
• Available for, and communication with, Company personnel on a 24/7 basis
• Attend pre-spud meetings and if requested, will give a brief description of the well profile as well as discuss bottom hole assemblies for each hole section
• Be responsible for all ongoing MWD/LWD operations and technical assistance (he can call on the CONTRACTOR MWD/LWD representative if required)
• To ensure that BHA s to be used in the well will be configured with tools as specified in the contract
• To ensure that final end of well reports are completed within 14 days after completion of activities on the well
3. Exploration Manager
Requirements:
• Masters of Geoscience subject with more than 15 years of experience
