1. Chief Petroleum Engineer
Requirements:
- Minimum Bachelor degree majoring Oil Engineer or related discipline,
- Experience minimum 10 years for petroleum engineer,
- Expert in preparing data in reservoir and production technology,
- Strong leadership skill to supervise subordinate,
- Experience planning and implementing petroleum technology.
2. Senior Drilling Engineer
Requirements:
- Minimum Bachelor degree majoring mechanical engineer or related discipline,
- Experience minimum 10 years for drilling engineer with operating oil company,
- Expert in processing horizontal and under balance drilling,
- Having good verbal skill, presentation skill, report writing skill.
3. Geologist / Evaluation Geologist
Requirements:
- Minimum Bachelor degree majoring in geology,
- Experience in geologist and survey in oil and gas industry minimum 5 years,
- Familiar with geology and survey software,
- Having good verbal skill, presentation skill, report writing skill.
4. Construction Section Head
Requirements:
- Minimum Bachelor degree majoring Civil engineer or mechanical engineer,
- Experience minimum 7 years in project specially in oil and gas industry,
- Experience in supervising and communicate with contractor effectively,
- Experience prepare and measure allocation budget during construction in site.
5. Procurement / Logistic Superintendent
Requirements:
- Minimum Bachelor degree in Mechanical, Management or related discipline,
- Experience minimum 7 years in procurement system for oil and gas industry,
- Familiar with PTK 007 / 2009 about Supply Chain Management for PSC issued by BPMIGAS and other regulation related,
- Having good negotiation and communication skill.
6. Marine Operation Section Head
Requirements:
- Minimum Bachelor degree majoring in Maritime Science or related discipline,
- Experience as marine officer for oil and gas industry 5 years,
- Expert for marine operational activities related with inventory management,
- Familiar with all marine permit with external relation.
7. Project Support Section Head
Requirements:
- Minimum Bachelor degree in accounting or Finance Management,
- Experience as project control specially in oil and gas industry,
- Expert in preparing budget data and controlling expense accurately,
- Prepare budget revision if necessary.
8. Senior Geophysicist
Requirements:
- Minimum Bachelor degree majoring Geology,
- Experience in geophysicist minimum 5 years,
- Experience and good technical knowledge of geologic principles and well log interpretation and field mapping techniques,
- Familiar with 2D and 3D seismic interpretation, mapping and prospect generation and extensively well log analysis, correlation and integration with other subsurface data.
9. HR Superintendent
Requirements:
- Minimum Bachelor degree or equivalent,
- Having experience in oil and gas industry minimum 10 years,
- Familiar with employee regulation and its aspects,
- Familiar with PTK 18 / 2009 about Human Resources Management issued by BPMIGAS,
- Having good negotiation and communication skill.

RIG MANAGER / TOOLPUSHER
The right candidate monitor rig operations to ensure all safety requirements are met and that the rig is in compliance with all regulatory requirements and report to Field Operation Manager
The right candidate will work with Field Superintendent and assist to supervise all works including keeping the Superintendent informed of any incidents, deviation of program or other Information that might be relevant to the safety and success of the rig operation.
The right candidate will assist with well development and drilling operation.
General Requirements:
• willing to be assigned in any of PT Mutiara Biru Perkasa project location in Indonesia;
• preferable to have certification on Well Cap/IWCF;
• preferable to have certification on H2S, fire fighting, confined space, first aid or defense driving training;
• good working knowledge of the English language.
Specific Requirrements for Driller:
• a minimum 5 years in oil and gas drilling and workover industry as Driller;
• possessing certification of Migas JB (Juru Bor) III.
Specific Requirements for Rig Manager/Toolpusher:
• a minimum 10 years in oil and gas drilling and workover industry as Rig Manager/Toolpusher;
•possessing certification of Migas APB (Ahli Pengendali Bor) II or III;
• familiar with MS. Office (Word, Excel, Powerpoint and Email).
