A client of ours, a large foreign company recently setting up in Indonesia, is looking for some position below on a 2-3 year contract to work in Jakarta.
1. CHIEF GEOLOGIST/GEOLOGIST (10/0292)
a. Newly Acquired Exploration projects to be serviced by Exploration Team under Geosciences & Exploration Group,
b. Provided exploration services to the Asset based on SLA,
c. Conduct technical study to evaluate field potential covering Seismic acquisition, Field potential evaluation, Prospect identification, evaluation and ranking, Exploration program planning and well targeting, Drilling monitoring, Post well evaluation and,
d. Report exploration activities/work progress to Asset and Line function,
e. Manage exploration and related technical study procurement & contract,
f. Coordinate with Asset to ensure Exploration work program and activities to meet the time, cost and quality targets,
g. Coordinate with Drilling and related services functions to ensure planning and execution exploration campaigns and planned,
h. Ensure that exploration activities are conducted in compliance with PSC, JOA, Company standards, procedures, and guideline,
i. Represent Asset on Technical issues meeting related to Exploration project.

d. Recommend strategy to deal with change,
e. Provide/disclose Company information to concerned government agencies/ parties as per Company policy,
f. Take lead responsibility and supervise his/her team on the HR and SSHE functions performance.
4. SSHE (10/0296)
a. Liaison with Internal, external parties and Regulatory Authorities for smooth Asset operations on Environmental and CSR activities,
b. Plan, promote and maintain good working relations with government, and business partners activities,
c. Follow up and report on direction and changes of government policies,
d. Recommend strategy to deal with change,
e. Set up and implement SSHE policy pursuant to the company and authority requirements.
5. HUMAN RESOURCES (10/0295)
a. Plan, manage and perform HR and General administration activities covering recruitment, work permit for the company secondment, employees fringe benefits and compensation, office set up and maintenance, housekeeping, business travel arrangement, company car, reception, & security services, etc.,
b. HR management for National staff including local recruitment & benefit administration,
c. Recommend supervisor on how to dissolve any conflict issues related to employees and/ or contractors personnel before taking any action.
6. ACCOUNTING MANAGER/STAFF (10/0297)
a. Manage and ensure Finance and Accounting activities including treasury, insurance procurement & claims, WPB, Cost control analysis & reports, payment, cash call and tax compliance to respond business requirement,
b. Plan, manage and control Asset procurement planning, process & administration including prepare contract tender / document and negotiation services to Asset,
c. Coordinate with Corporate ICT for IT set up, maintain and technical solution on Telecommunication systems, networks, etc.,
d. Coordinate with Corporate Finance, Accounting, Procurement, legal, HR, IT for effective communication and reporting system, consultation & ensure alignment of standards & practices.
7. PROCUREMENT (10/0298)
a. Establish procurement policy and procedure to be in line with the terms and principles of the Joint Operating Agreement (JOA) and PSCs,
b. Ensure the best professional procurement and contracting practice results in contract establishment,
c. Negotiate contracts, evaluate bids and proposals and make award recommendations,
d. Operationalize and commercially manage executed contracts, monitor and improve contractor s performance,
e. Coordinate with HQ to establish risk management process at Asset level,
f. Update the Asset/ HQ regarding changes in legislation or regulations that may affect the asset s business operation,
g. Develop good working relationships with professionals such as statutory organizations, contractors.
8. IT (10/0299)
a. Establish IT policy and procedure to be in line with business strategy,
b. Develop IT infrastructure i.e. network/ land connection, email, telecommunication, backup resource, covering product evaluation, installation, testing, maintenance and support,
c. Monitor computing resource requirement of application system to be used in capacity and resource planning,
d. Ensure that user access profile and security access control procedure are properly managed to avoid violation of business confidentiality,
e. Participate in implementation of ERP covering designing, developing, implementing, installation, testing and support,
f. Troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software and connectivity problem,
g. Interface with users in Subsurface to provide solutions for their requirement,
h. Ensure enough computing capacity to serve technical portfolio requirement,
i. Provide system hardware and software consultation on Subsurface technical application to end-users,
j. Coordinate with HQ to establish risk management process at Asset level,
k. Update the Asset/ HQ regarding changes in legislation or regulations that may affect the asset s business operation.
9. SEISMIC ACQUSITION (8 Months contract) (10/0232)
a. Has min 10 years (preferably 15) experience in seismic acquisition in the field,
b. Preferably ex Party Chief,
c. Has good people management skills,
d. Has good PR / humas skills. He will need to describe a humas battle he personally fought and won,
e. Has good HSE awareness,
f. Formal geophysical education an asset but not a necessity,
g. Can think outside the box.
10. HSE MANAGER ( 10/0218)
a. Develop and implement HSE requirements for contract T&C s,
b. Develop and implement HSE policies and procedures,
c. Develop contractor HSE performance monitoring system, monitor and report,
d. Develop HSE training requirements,

CRANE OPERATORS
