It has acquired the world-class Martabe gold-silver project in northern Sumatera, Indonesia. Already In development, Martabe is expected to commence production of gold in 2011. The mine will be capable of producing at a rate of 250,000oz gold and 3M oz silver per annum.

MEDIA RELATIONS OFFICER (MR 0430)
This position will be based on site at Martabe (South Tapanuli District) with a working roster of 28 days on 14 days off. On site the role will be part of the Community Relations Team and will functionally report through to the Media Relations Manager based in Jakarta.
Roles of this position include:
1. Writing and editing in-house media, case studies, speeches, articles and making public presentations.
2. Preparing and supervising the production of publicity brochures, handouts, direct mail leaflets, promotional videos, photographs, films and multimedia programs.
3. Organize special events such as open days, visits, exhibitions, functions &involvement in community initiatives.
4. Respond to enquiries from the public, media and other organizations.
Requirements:
1. Bachelors degree in Communications or a related field with minimum 3-5 years experiences
2. Strong interpersonal skills, ability to develop relationships and communicate with all levels of management.
3. Understand how the media works & Demonstrated track record of developing successful working relationships with press
4. Ability to form relationships with stakeholders & Ability to prioritize and multitask.

MEDIA RELATIONS MANAGER (MR 0429)
This senior position will be based in Jakarta and report directly to the General Manager Operations.
The Media Relations Manager forms an important bridge between the company and Its stakeholders both internally and externally (community, NGO s, media, universities, business associations and other organizations). A requirement of the job will be to translate the company s vision, mission and objectives into strategic programs to enhance the company s reputation.
Requirements:
1. Bachelors degree in Communications or a related field with minimum 7 - 10 years experience
2. Success in media strategies including proactive programs targeting audiences and stakeholders on variety of media.
3. Demonstrated track record of developing successful working relationships with press and external stakeholders.
4. Strong Interpersonal skills, ability to develop relationships and communicate with all levels of management.

SHIFT PROCESS OPERATORS
The candidate should be a Diploma holder with a minimum 7 years experience in offshore operations environment. Very strong operations back-ground of well head and offshore process equipment is essential. Knowledge of typical process equipments like pumps, 2 and 3 phase separators, contactors, understanding of principles of natural gas processing operation, and trouble shooting skills coupled with an ability to work independently is a key requirement. Awareness of good safety practices, standards, and safety programs is important together with the willingness to develop others. Trouble shooting skills and independent working is a key requirement. Ability of multi-tasking will be an advantage. Requires good communication skills in English, with the ability to work in cross cultural teams, as a team player is a must.
CRANE OPERATORS
The candidate should be a Diploma holder in Mechanical discipline and certified crane operator for offshore crane operation. A minimum experience of 7 years is required in operating offshore production installation cranes for static and dynamic lifts. In addition, the position shall also be responsible in carrying out the first line maintenance activities on the cranes. Requires good communication skills in English, with the ability to work in cross-cultural teams, as a team player is a must
These positions are based Offshore and will be on 29/27 days rotational assignment. Applicants should have a minimum of secondary education with at least 5 years experience in LNG or LPG, Gas Processing, Sulphur Recovery, Refinery or a similar process environment together with a mechanical aptitude and a basic knowledge of process instrumentation and DCS operations. Basic Computer skills will be an advantage.
