Requirements:
All candidates will require minimum 5 years experience on onshore/offshore oil and gas projects.
Engineering Degree Qualification is preferred.
Ability to relocate and be based in Singapore if applying from overseas, PR's and Singaporean Citizens are preferred but not essential.
MNC experience is also preferred.

Qualifications/Experience
The successful candidates will possess the following qualifications and experience:
• Minimum Bachelor Degree in Mining Engineering,
• Minimum 5 years of Underground Mining experience, preferably 3 years at Senior Supervisory level/Project Leader,
• Expertise in Six Sigma methodology, computer literate & good presentation skills will be an advantage,
• Good interpersonal skill and leadership behaviour, team player, good analytical skill, highly motivated, mature, high integrity and able to work with little supervision,
• Excellent command of spoken and written English and excellent communication skills to work with various functions within NHM, Newcrest Group, suppliers and subcontracted service providers,
• Strong computer and IT system literate (Minitab, emails, SAP, etc),
• Has a long vision and good ability to set up concept, action plan and experience in running projects. Able to think of new ways of doing the business and for various improvement alternatives.

You will also be required to develop or modify an expediting plan based on criticality ratings of the equipments in relations to project schedule, monitoring of supplier’s delivery progress, working with supplier and project team on recovery plan if schedule is not met.
