1. Retail Maintenance Engineer
(Jakarta Raya)

Responsibilities:
Implementation of global best practices and fit for purpose policies and processes for engineering and environment in his/her areas of responsibility;
Monitor engineering and maintenance performance in his/her area of responsibility;
Implement engineering and maintenance plans based on agreed targets;
Run the contractor performance reviews in his responsibility area on a regular basis and give input to the area report;
Contact for execution contractor and local PMC/FMC issues;
Liase with Sales & Ops at a local level on escalation issues;
Representative of engineering issues with local authorities.

Requirements:
Minimum Bachelor Degree from any major from a reputable university. A Master Degree would be an advantage;
Minimum 5 years working experience (with some exposure in multinational company);
Proven experience in construction engineering specifically in maintenance functions;
Proficient in computer skill and English communication skill;
Good communication and negotiation skills;
Authorisation to work in Indonesia is required for this position.


2. Distribution Terminal Supervisor East Java
(Jakarta Raya)

Responsibilities:
Plan, manage and operate the facility within budgets with continuously improving its performance;
Ensure continuous stock availability to meet monthly demand;
Ensure an efficient delivery system for Shell products consistent with Company’s Health Safety Environment policies and ensure maximum economic advantage to Shell;
To control and motive Haulier & drivers to ensure fulfillment of all deliveries that will meet customers’ requirements;
Ensure that all worksite equipment, transport, power units are properly maintained to achieve optimum availability, reliability and asset integrity;
Team working with other Business Units, contractors, etc;
Involve in Terminal audit and others operation excellent initiatives.

Requirements:
Residing in the relevant city / willing to be relocated within East Java region;
Minimum high school Graduates. Diploma Degree holder is preferred majoring in Engineering;
Bulk depot and road transport operations experience desired;
Good communication, management and leadership skills required;
Ability to respond appropriately to immediate situations/emergency would be essential;
Working knowledge of fleet operations;
Good leadership and team building skills;
Good written and communication skills;
5 years working experience (with some exposure in foreign / multinational co);
Authorisation to work in Indonesia is required for this position.

Location: Miri, Malaysia



Purpose :
This is a high responsibility, operational role as the leading company representative on the drilling rig or work-over unit, managing a team, planning and prioritizing activities and using your expertise to resolve any operational problems safely and efficiently. As a leadership figure, you’ll be pivotal in ensuring alignment with the company’s principles, vision, key objectives and legislative requirements.


Special Challenges :
Work in mixed culture teams, sometimes with language challenges;
Need to be able to work independently and proactively;
Expected to maintain emergency response skills and be able to lead emergency response in stressful situations;
Leading by example, proactive and hands-on when required, but also able to delegate and co-ordinate effectively;
Able to communicate with authority, and motivate others in sometimes difficult work conditions.


Requirements:

To be successful in your application you will need to:
possess at least a higher education Diploma (eg. HND or equivalent), but preferably a Bachelors Degree or higher, in a technical or engineering subject;
have significant overall experience of well engineering/ drilling activities with proven experienceas a Drilling Supervisor. Expertise in leadership and operations supervision, in particular with respect to HSE awareness and management, is a must;
be IWCF certified;
have good knowledge of well analysis software;
Experience in specialist areas such as High Pressure/High Temperature and/or Under-balanced Drilling and/or Extended Reach Drilling environments will be an advantage. To be considered for a senior position in this role, you’ll be expected to have extensive experience as a Drilling Supervisor including proven experience with all rig types and in-depth operational expertise in the above mentioned specialist topics;
Selected candidates will be encouraged to follow the Shell Group “Round 2” Distance Learning Program with the aim of obtaining this qualification within two years.


Responsibilities:

On a day-to-day basis you’ll manage all operations associated with the well, including:
planning and scheduling,
resource allocation,
cost control,
clear and concise reporting of all well site activities and events;
While executing these tasks you will also ensure full compliance with Health, Safety and Environmental (HSE) policy standards and objectives, motivating all team members to deliver ‘no harm to people or the environment’. Your role involves delivering high quality and cost-effective wells according to approved well programs, identifying and collating any lessons learned which can be incorporated into future operations, and managing the interface with other company assets. We‘ll also expect you to optimize operational performance through the rigorous implementation of the DtL (Deliver-the-Limit) process without compromising HSE, well integrity, or the integrity of the drilling unit.

Requirements:

With a mechanical engineering BSc or MSc degree – or its equivalent – you’ll have substantial experience gained in onshore or offshore pipeline design and construction. With knowledge of international pipeline design codes and standards, you’ll have the ability to prepare design, procurement, construction, pre-commissioning and hand-over specification packages for new pipeline systems;
You are familiar with preparation of Licenses and Permits to construct and operate pipelines;
You have good working knowledge of selecting and surveying pipeline routes;
You are able to select materials, coatings, liners and insulation/heat tracing pipeline systems;
You have a good working knowledge with designing onshore and offshore pipeline systems, including marine risers;

Responsibilities:

As a Pipeline Engineer you will be involved in pipeline project planning, screening of pipeline project opportunities, route selection, third party and environmental impact studies, feasibility assessments and concept selections, and front-end design. Your scope will cover entire pipeline systems including flow assurance, pressure control/safeguarding, leak detection and pipeline stations such as block valve, pig trap and pump/compressor stations. You will interface with other project hardware groups and third parties on technical interfaces and requirements, and scheduling of the work;
You will set the standards for project specifications and QA/HSE requirements for contractor’s activities on pipeline engineering;
You will be involved in the tendering and evaluation of design, procurement and installation contracts;
You will be responsible for ensuring the technical integrity of pipeline systems;
You will verify the design integrity of work carried out by Engineering contractors to ensure that the proposed solutions are technically sound and meet operability and maintainability requirements;
You will review and approve plans, studies and procedures prepared by the installation contractors for the safe installation of pipeline systems. You will supervise construction, pre-commissioning, and commissioning activities;
You will support maintenance and inspection staff and you’ll be expected to participate in teams to troubleshoot customer issues.
