SECTION HEAD, FINANCIAL & MANAGEMENT ACCOUNTING

Job Purpose:

To Plan, manage and monitor the annual master budget, financial reporting, accounting system, and general ledger of the company, to ensure the existence, completeness, reliability, valuation and timeline of all transactions in compliance with PETRONAS’ policies and Indonesian general accepted accounting principles.


Key Responsibilities:

Manage and maintain Company‘s general ledger and related accounting practices including payable, receivable, inventories, fixed assets and payrolls in collaboration with other department in the company to ensure effectiveness, efficiency and integration of business operation.
Manage and monitor Finance Executives in administering all finance and accounting transactions.
Manage the implementation of financial performance review exercises and budget preparation.
Collaborate with Management and PETRONAS HQ (Finance & Accounting function) to develop/establish the P&L and Asset projection.
Implement and review the effectiveness of IT-based Accounting system.
Arrange and manage schedules and procedures for finance and accounting programs and activities.
Conduct and facilitate meeting and negotiation with other parties such as bank, finance institution, Government representative on finance and accounting related matters.
Develop statutory financial statements and reports, including audits, ensuring accuracy and compliances for submission to PNI Board and PETRONAS HQ/Management for approval.
Maintain effective working relationship with local Government agencies such as Investment Coordination Body, Indonesian Trade and Industry Department, Department of Finance, Tax, banks and other local financial institutions and agencies


Qualification & Experience:

Degree in Accounting.
At least 8 years related experience in Finance & Accounting functions.
Well understand about Sales Marketing of Oil & Gas products.
Familiar with audit process, statutory financial statements and reports.
Proficient in MS Office.
Excellent interpersonal skills.
Fluent in English both oral and written.
