Identify, isolate and document software defects.
Analysis and diagnosis of issues found in the field.
Provide status, progress reports, and escalate issues to Manager/Team Leader as needed.
Participates in design and quality standards.
Review and provide feedback to improve the software development process.
Ensure that deficiencies are recorded and tracked in the Defect Tracking Database.
Plan and conduct user tests and then document and communicate the results.
Conduct industry research and stay current on best practices, competitor user interface designs, and emerging technologies.

Requirements:
