1. Web Analyst
(Jakarta Raya - Kebon Jeruk)

Responsibilities:


Setting up and maintaining controls and documentation.
Identify, isolate and document software defects.
Analysis and diagnosis of issues found in the field.
Provide status, progress reports, and escalate issues to Manager/Team Leader as needed.
Participates in design and quality standards.
Review and provide feedback to improve the software development process.
Ensure that deficiencies are recorded and tracked in the Defect Tracking Database.
Plan and conduct user tests and then document and communicate the results.
Conduct industry research and stay current on best practices, competitor user interface designs, and emerging technologies.
Provide a detailed weekly report to your manager.
Requirements:

Using strong analytical skills provides insights as well as recommendations for changes and convinces key Company decision makers of business benefits of the proposed solutions.
Moderate to extensive knowledge of the Internet and the World Wide Web.
Strong communication skills - this job requires communication with other staff, directors, and other influential people both inside and outside the company.
Produce written documents in the English language with clearly organized thoughts using proper sentence construction, punctuation, and grammar.
Preferred: Web design: HTML, CSS.
Preferred: Web programming: PHP, Javascript.
Preferred: Database design: MySQL, Microsoft SQL Server.
Preferred: Experience with following software: Macromedia Dreamweaver, Macromedia Fireworks, Adobe Photoshop.
