Procurement Manager
(Jakarta)

Requirements:
* Focus on process improvement initiatives to streamline purchasing activities and develop an effective procurement department.
* High degree of interpersonal and communication skill is necessary to interact effectively with internal parties.
* Transparency and honestly.
* Fluent both written and spoken English
* Position is based in Jakarta but will have nation wide responsibility.
* Hold a minimum Bachelor degree preferably in Engineering.
* Has minimum 8 years of experience in purchasing with 3 years in managerial position.
* Has excellent knowledge in procurement management and negotiation skills.
* Experience in Fleet Management and procurement for large vehicle fleet is desirable.
* Able to manage procurement and management of tires, spare-part for truck,light vehicle and other spare-part for plant and equipment.
* Has experience in optimizing fuel,oil, and grease usage with proven cost effective results.
* Able to quickly adapt and understand the company's basic purchasing system and procedures.
