Requirements:

Minimum Education Diploma, Major: Industrial Engineering, Civil Engineering, Petroleum Engineering
Male, age 30-40 years
Minimum 5 years working experience in the position / same field as supervisor.
Have a thorough understanding of the equipment associated with Drilling / Rig
Willing to be placed in Palembang (Palembang Applicants with domicile / local is preferred)


Responsibilities:
Preparation the documents to files systems, then input/ posted on the systems
Preparation quotation request and Purchase request to Jakarta
Preparation vehicle release authorization and work order for activities Logistic
Assigned/ Responsibility for issue, receipt and return material from all Users/ Vendors and process documents materials
Preparation documents materials receipt, on this matter, Descrepancy report, if there is any the Vendors Wrong supply/ not meet specification, after that, returned to Vendors for changed as requested
Checking and Conducting the materials already received and compare with the documents as requested by Company/ Users then for further proceed and preparation receiving report on the systems based on PO’S/ PR’S
Checking the materials on the systems, then, done perpetual inventory on the stock then for further proceed and prepared daily activities report and finally, reported to Warehouse Supervisor
Mutual cooperation between sections Logistic Department and to create Team Work is good in maintaining and Development work area
As assist of Logistic Superintendent, on this matter, Correspondence and preparation documents, if needed
Responsibility and preparation for process the documents customs, on this matter, relationship with PPJK (Agent process the documents to Customs), either, import material and Re-export to Overseas
