Service Delivery Section Head
Jakarta Raya

Responsibilities:

This position will manage the operational and fiscal activities of the Services Delivery Unit within the MIS Department. Plan and develop systems and procedures to improve the operating quality and efficiency of the unit. Supervise staff in accordance with company policies and procedures. Responsibilities Include :

Maintain record of servicedesk, problems and remedial action taken, and solution activities.
Ensure installed computer inventory list is updated and current. Ensure all computers are protected against threats from viruses as per MIS policy.
Recommend and improve rollout strategies for hardware and software.
Prepare electronic purchase requisition as needed relating to the PC support, maintenance, upgrade and special projects.
Receive requested for new equipment from users and make recommendations for purchase and placements to MIS Manager.
Implement corporate MIS policies and procedures relating to IT service delivery.

Requirements:
Male
Hold Bachelor Degree in Computer Science or related disciplines
Having min. 5 years experience as IT Supervisor
Mastering networking and Enterprise Application based on MS Windows
Mastering MS Windows Operation System and Unix-based
Having orientation to improve quality and quantity of services
High integrity, communicative, teamwork oriented, and leadership skill


MIS Site Service Delivery Section Head
Kalimantan Selatan

Requirements:

Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree, Engineering (Computer/Telecommunication) or equivalent.
At least 3 years of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
Preferably Supervisor / Coordinators specializing in IT/Computer - Hardware or equivalent.
Mastering IT infrastructure network
Having good interpersonal communication, leadership and team work skill
Highly motivated to work and passioned to learn
Willingness to be placed in South Kalimantan
