Two established companies operating Chemical Plants and a Coal Fired Power Plant located in Merak - Banten, are looking for dynamic, motivated and capable individuals to strengthen our fast and growing teams as:



1. MAINTENANCE PLANNER (code: MTP)

Job Requirements:
- S1, Majoring in Mechanical Engineering from a reputable University
- Must have at least 5 years work experience to Lead a Craft and turn around planning in Petrochemical or Oil and Gas.
- Having experience as Maintenance Planning and Control.
- Familiar with CMMS program.
- Familiar with Code and Standard for Mechanical/Electrical / Instrumentation.
- Familiar with Mechanical tngineering design (feasibility study, FEED, Basic and Detail Design, Calculation).

2. INSTRUMENT ENGINEER (code: INE)

Job Requirements:
- S1, majoring in Instrumentation Engineering or Electronic Engineering from a reputable university.
- Must have at least 5 years work experience, in DCS/PLC Programming, Analyzer, instrument / electrical designing, and maintenance job.
- Having trouble shooting capability of analyser, DCS.& PID tuning
- Must Possess good instrumentation and measurement skills, computer skills and DCS programming.
- Familiar with Instrumentation Designing, DCS & PLC Designing, Application Programming for electrical & instrument.
- Familiar with codes & standard for electrical & instrument (International & Indonesia).

3. PLANNER (code: EMP)

Job Requirements:
- Min. D3, majoring in Electrical or Instrumentation Engineering / Mechanical Engineering
- Must have at least 5 years work experience, in construction and or maintenance job
- Having trouble shooting capability and Job Planning.
- Must Possess good computer skills.
- Familiar with MS project or Primavera software.


4.PROCESS ENGINEER (code : PRE)

Job Requirements:
- S1, majoring in Chemical Engineering from a reputable university.
- Must have at least 5 years work experience, in Petrochemical or Oil & Gas, process operation, process evaluation & troubleshoot & plant reliability, commissioning, start up & performance test
- Familiar with Chemical Engineering design (Feasibility study, FEED, Basic & Detail design, calculation).
- Familiar with codes & standard (International & Indonesia)
- Capable to run application programming; HYSIS, Chemcad, HTRI

5. PPIC Supervisor (code: PPS)

Job Requirements:
- S1, majoring in Chemical or Industrial Engineering from a reputable university
- Must have at least 5 years work experience in PPIC on Chemical, Petrochemical or Oil & Gas Plant with various products.
- Able to optimize gain for various products and raw material and control the inventory.
- Computer literate on PPIC system

6. MECHANICAL ENGINEER (code MEE)

Job Requirements:
- S1, majoring in Mechanical Engineering from a Reputable University
- Must have at least 5 years work experience, in Petrochemical or Oil & Gas: Engineering, Construction, Inspection &Test Reliability for mechanical
- Familiar with codes & standard for mechanical (International & Indonesia).
- Capable to run application programming: Structural & Stress Analysis (Staad Pro),Piping Analysis (Caesar II).
- Familiar with Mechanical Engineering design (Feasibility study, FEED, Basic & Detail design, calculation).

7. Chemist for Power Plant (code: CHPP)

Job Requirements:
- Degree in Chemistry from a reputable university.
- Minimum 5 years relevant experiences, preferably in power plant water chemistry.
- Have knowledge on Water Treatment Plant, Waste Water Treatment Plant and Electro chlorination Plant operations.
- Familiar with power plant water and coal operations.
- In depth understanding in Water and Coal analysis testing methodology.
- Familiar with laboratory equipment related to water and coal sampling/testing.

8. Performance Engineer for Power Plant (code: PEPP)

Job Requirements:
- Degree in Engineering from a reputable university.
- Minimum 5 years relevant experiences, preferably in captive power plant operations.
- Substantial knowledge in engineering practices, process control and power plant operation especially CFBC boilers and auxiliary plants
- Knowledge of performance calculations involved in the operation of modern Power Stations.

9. C&I Maintenance Engineer for Power Plant (code: CIPP)

Job Requirements:
- Degree in Instrument/Electronic Engineering from a reputable university.
- Minimum 3-5 years relevant maintenance experiences, preferably in power plant.
- Should be conversant with SLD, Control wiring schemes, PLC, DCS logic diagram
- Conversant with international standards such as IEC, IS etc
- Substantial knowledge in engineering practices, process control etc.

10. Boiler and Coal Maintenance Engineer for Power Plant (code: BCPP)

Job Requirements:
- Degree in Mechanical Engineering from a reputable university.
- Minimum 5 years relevant maintenance experiences, preferably in CFBC coal power plant.
- Should have experience in steam turbine operation and maintenance.
- Should have effective communication and leadership skills.
- Substantial knowledge in engineering practices, process control and power plant maintenance.
- Should have knowledge of RCM, RCA and Risk Management implementation.

General Requirements:
- Male, max 35 years old
- Good communication skill and excellent command of English, both written and oral
- Highly motivated self-starter with technical and personal initiative, result oriented
- Proven analytical, logic reasoning and problem solving abilities
- HSE awareness, Hazop, ISO9000 and SMK3
- Quality focus driven by standard and procedure compliance
- Ability to work effectively and productively within a diverse team
- Enthusiastic and hard worker, attractive personality and good interpersonal skill
- Willing to be stationed in Banten
