HEALTH SAFE ENVIRONMENT (HSE) ASST. MANAGER

Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Health & Occupation, Safety and Environment
Holding valid SK3 Umum certificate
Good command in English both oral and written
Excellent Analytics
8 years of experience in Occupational Health, Safety and Environment in Manufacturing, Oil and Gas company, or Shore base
Having knowledge in Environmental Impact Assessment, Safety Management System, Waste and Risk Management, Environment and Safety & Health Law
Good knowledge/experience in preparing Safety Procedure
Located Cilegon


Job Description:
Management of the HSE Department, day to day operations ensuring teamwork, high performance standards and targets are met
Lead and facilitate the development of corporate HSE policies to support the companies HSE management system
Maintain, review and update the HSE policies
Ensure development of effective Emergency Response Plans
Direct and manager Risk Assessments, Hazard Assessments and HAZOPS
Incident Investigations
Develop and conduct appropriate training
Goal achievement, Responsibility, Adaptability to change, Teamwork and Well-organized
Contributing to the development and maintenance of the Company's safety strategy, and Health, Safety and Environment Management System, including the Risk Management System and frameworks
Conducting critical safety investigations, site safety audits, and providing relevant feedback and recommendations for improvement
Managing the Company's Disaster Recovery Plan
Contributing to the preparation of papers for the Board's Health, Safety, Environment & Community Committee
Managing key stakeholder relationships both internally and externally, including with relevant safety organisations
Coordinate with Principle (PT Krakatau Posco) Safety Dept.
