Operator Trainer

Requirements:
• Male between 30-35 years old
• Minimum graduated from Senior High School
• Minimum 5 (five) years or more experience in individual operator development both knowledge and skills
• Have an understanding of the Training Need Analyst (TNA).
• Preferably have Training for Trainers (TOT) and POP certificates
• Computer literate with Microsoft Office

Maintenance Trainer

Requirements:
• Male between 35-40 years old.
• Minimum Diploma degree from related field
• Minimum having relevant experience in Mining Companies.
• Have an understanding of the Training Need Analyst (TNA).
• Having solid knowledge about the mining process, heavy equipments, and HSE procedures.
• Preferably have Training for Trainers (TOT) and POP certificates.

Project Manager

Qualifications
• Male between 40 -50 years old
• Degree in any Engineering majoring preferably Mining, holding a position of Department Head above
• Min of 15 years work related experience in Mining Industries
• Candidates shall have POM Mining Indonesia Competency Certificate, and POU Certificate would be highly valued.

Plant Superintendent

Qualifications
• Male, 35 -45 years old
• Candidate must possess at least a Diploma in Engineering (Mechanical/ Electrical) or related
• At least 3 years of working experience as Plant/Workshop Manager/Superintendent
• In-depth knowledge of heavy equipment
• In-depth understanding of the overall budget and long term plans for the maintenance and repair equipments
• Good in spoken and written English
• Candidates shall have minimum POP Mining Indonesia Competency Certificate

Mining Engineering Superintendent

Requirements :
• Male, 35 - 45 years old
• Bachelor degree in Mining Engineering, Geology, Civil and others but preferable Mining or related discipline
• Minimum of 10 years experience in mining company,
• Comprehensive knowledge in mining practices be able to run software such as Auto cad, Minescape, Xpac, Minex, Surpac etc
• Candidates shall have minimum POP Mining Indonesia Competency Certificate

Mining Production Superintendent

Requirements :
• Male between 35-45 years old
• Bachelor degree in Mining Engineering, Geology, Civil and others but preferable Mining or related discipline.
• Minimum of 10 years experience in mining company with at least 5 years in field operation
• Mastering mine production operations: Planning, Over Burden & Coal Production, Drilling & Blasting, Fleet Management
• Candidates shall have minimum POP Mining Indonesia Competency Certificate

Safety Superintendent

Requirements :
• Male between 35-45 years old
• Bachelor degree in Safety Engineering (K3) ,Mining , Geology, Civil and others but prefered safety related discipline.
• Minimum of 5 years of work experience in Mining Operation with Safety related
• English skills - both oral and written expression required
• Knowledgeable in ISO9001, 14001 and OHSAS 18001.
• Training For Trainer Certified
• Candidates shall have minimum POP Mining Indonesia Competency Certificate

Mine Plan Engineer

Requirements
• Male between 25-30 years old
• Bachelor degree in Mining Engineering or Geology;
• Minimum of 3 years experience in large open cut mining and mine engineering;
• Comprehensive knowledge in mining practices be able to run software such as Auto cad, Minescape, Xpac, Minex, Surpac etc
• Outstanding proficiency in geological modelling and mine planning (Mining Software) and other general office software (Microsoft);
• Candidates shall have minimum POP Mining Indonesia Competency Certificate

Logistic Superintendent

Requirements:
• Male between 35-40 years old
• Diploma degree from related field, preferably form faculty of management, engineering
• Minimum 5 (six) years experience in logistic field from mining or heavy equipment industry with minimum 3 (three) years experience in managerial level
• Posses good knowledge about supply chain management , Ensure optimum inventory level, high inventory record accuracy, and minimize product damage, loss, and waste
• Candidates shall have minimum POP Mining Indonesia Competency Certificate


Maintenance Planner

Requirements:
• Male between 25 - 35 years old.
• Minimum Diploma degree from related field
• Minimum 5 (five) years experience as a Maintenance Planner for Mining Company or Contractor
• Required Competencies: Fixed and heavy Equipment Maintenance Management, Maintenance Planning, Equipment Management.
• Excellent communication, teamwork, analytical and organisational skills
