HR SUPERVISOR - PERSONNEL ADMINISTRATION & PAYROLL (HR-PAP-SPV)

Qualification:

Bachelor Degree any discipline (preferably Economic Accounting/Human Resources Management)
Having minimum 3-4 years experience in HR/Payroll
Know well and understanding of HR function, Compensation & Benefit, Personnel Administration and Payroll.
High computer profiency with MS Office
Possess a high level of professionalism with the ability to maintain confidentiality at all times
Good knowledge about BPJS Ketenagakerjaan, BPJS Kesehatan, PPH21
Good interpersonal, fast learner and possess positive working attitude
Strong interpersonal, teamwork and customer services oriented
Strong organizational commitment, well organize, good filling and administration skill
Placement to Site Tanjung Selor Bulungan Kalimantan Utara


SHIPPING SUPERVISOR (S-SPV)

Qualification:

Bachelor degree in Technical / Marine Engineering and holding ANT III (minimum)
Having 2 years experience in mining operation, handling coal barges. Fresh graduate are welcome.
Good knowledge of bulk unloading and loading activities.
Good knowledge of marine and sea transportation rules and regulations.
Good knowledge of Marine Contract Administration and Insurance Claim.
Computer literate (mining software, MS Word, MS Excel)
Able to work collaboratively with others and use initiative in various situations
Excellent communication skill in English (oral and written)


PROJECT PLAN & CONTROL ENGINEER SUPERVISOR (PPCE-SPV)

Qualification :

Bachelor Degree majoring in Civil Engineering or equivalent
Having minimum 2 years working experience, preferably supervisor specializing in Engineering - Civil/Construction/Structural or equivalent.
Proven skill on SAP 2000, CAD software
Having a level of accuracy, good calculation accuracy and have strong negotiation skill.
Understand technical calculation buildings.
Good interpersonal & communication skill
