Currently we are seeking qualified candidates for below positions:

1. HR Manager cum Government Relations - Batam

• Handling all spectrum of Human Resources for minimum 15 years
• Experience working with various parties; include intergovernmental relations, formalities agents, etc
• Experience analysing complex issues, develop, and make recommendations, especially related with manpower
• Ability to communicate effectively, both orally and in writing
• Good command of English

2. Construction Engineer/ Manager - for 6 months contract basis (East Java – Indonesia)

General Qualification - must have background experience as one of the following:
• E & I QC Manager
• Mechanical Completion
• Mechanical Piping
• Mechanical Package Engineer
- +15 years’ experience in EPC construction
- Experience with major companies project like Exxon, Chevron, Conoco project and etc
- Strong leadership, managerial roles, deep knowledge in construction management.
- Must have Indonesia citizenship.

3. Mechanical Engineer – (Jakarta – Cilegon)

• More than 5 years experiences in project, especially in oil & gas or petrochemical industry
• Experience in project start-up
• Has experience in both static & rotating equipment

4. Sr. Start Up Production Engineer / Shift Supervisor – Cumene/Phenol – Saudi Arabia

Minimum Requirements - Sr. Start Up Production Engineer:
• Bachelor Degree in Chemical Engineering or equivalent from a reputable university.
• 15+ year of experience from refinery and petrochemical industry sector.
• Minimum of 5 years within a Cumene/ Phenol plant is required.
• Excellent English communication skills (verbal and writing), skills for conducting technical studies.
• Process Engineering and Hazardous Materials Engineering license or equivalent.

Minimum Requirements - Shift Supervisor:
• High School or Diploma in relevant field
• 20+years’ worth of experience where 12 - 16 years within a plant operator role in the refinery or petrochemical field
• Teambuilding and supervisory skills
• Ability to handle process plant safety and related safety management
• Strong Coordination skills

Who we’re looking for:
• Cumene/ Phenol plant Commissioning and Start Up experience
• Good knowledge of basic operation, material & energy balance calculations and design details.
• Review and check plant design, operations, troubleshooting, control and optimization of chemical & physical advanced material process through systematic methods.
• Ability to develop standard operation procedure (SOP) for Cumene/Phenol process and having process/operation training capability.

5. Sr. Start Up Production Engineer / Shift Supervisor / Section Head – Nylon 6 - Saudi Arabia

Minimum Requirements - Sr. Start Up Production Engineer:
• Bachelor Degree in Chemical Engineering or equivalent from a reputable university.
• 15+ year of experience from refinery and petrochemical industry sectors.
• Minimum of 5 years within Nylon-6 plant is required.
• Excellent English communication skills (verbal and writing), skills for conducting technical studies.
• Process Engineering and Hazardous Materials Engineering license or equivalent.

Minimum Requirements - Shift Supervisor:
• High School or Diploma in relevant field

• Good knowledge of basic operation, material & energy balance calculations and design details.
• Review and check plant design, operations, troubleshooting, control and optimization of chemical & physical advanced material process through systematic methods.
• Develop standard operation procedure (SOP) for Nylon - 6 process and having process/operation trainer capability.

6. Sr. Start Up Production Engineer / Shift Supervisor / Section Head - Aromatics

Minimum Requirements - Sr. Start Up Production Engineer:
• Bachelor Degree in Chemical Engineering or equivalent from a reputable university.
• 15+ year of experience as Process / Production Engineering in refineries.
• Minimum of 5 years in Benzene / Xylene or Aromatics plants is required.
• Excellent English communication skills (verbal and writing), skills for conducting technical studies.
• Process Engineering certification and hazardous materials engineering licenses or equivalent required.

Minimum Requirements - Section Head:
• A Degree in Engineering in Chemical Engineering or equivalent from a reputable university
• 20 plus years of experience in operation within refineries or petrochemical plants.
• Minimum of 5 years in Benzene / Xylene or Aromatics plants Supervisory Roles Experience is required.
• Highly result orientated.

Who we’re looking for:
• Aromatics plant Commissioning and Start Up / Shift Supervisor / Section Head experience
• Ability to review and comment on plant design specifications, drawings, 3D models, HAZOP / SIL.
• Assist pre-commissioning, commissioning and operation (start-up / shut-down and performance test. Develop standard operations procedures (SOP) for Aromatics complex of Axens (Licensor).
• Ability and good knowledge of process engineering practices, basic plant operations, economic principles calculation methods and design details.

7. Instrument/Automation Engineer – Contract for 6 month

Minimum Requirements:
• Degree in Mechanical / Electrical/Electroics/Instrumentation Engineer
• 3 – 5 years’ experience in automation/instrumentation engineering in an oil & gas operator, EPC company or instrumentation vendor
• Experience across design, installation and maintenance of donstream depot operations (at least one minimum)
• Have Skill Conversant with standards for custody transfer system (e.g. ASME/ANSI/API/ISO/AGA/GPA)
• Understanding of the basic design of Oil field/depot automation and the processes
• Fluent in English
• General Business Skill (e.g. communications, reporting, budgeting) a plus

8. Project Engineer

Minimum Requirements:
• Degree in Civil Engineering
• 8 – 10 years’ experience in Subsea Structure ie. PLET, PLEM
• Experience in design and installation
• Project Management Experience
• SURF project Experience
• BOSIET qualification

9. Lead Project Engineer

Minimum Requirements:
• Degree in Civil Engineering / Mechanical Engineering
• 10 – 12 years’ experience in Subsea /SURF project
• Experience in installation and detailed engineering experience
• Project Management Experience
• SURF project Experience
• BOSIET qualification
