Project Administration Staff

Job Description
- Project administration : Controlling and Filling all project
documentation for all principals
- Control and manage project for all principals
+ Making PO to principals/ vendor
+ Project time table – to make sure the project run smoothly and right
on time
+ Control and Monitoring project : production schedule, project
expenses, delivery time
+ Shipment time table and monitoring: Prepare and gather all import
documentation from principals and make sure imported products are
release from custom.
+ Technical document checking and controlling
- Engineer coordinator :
+ Prepare working permit for expatriate engineer
+ Assist engineer to provide all necessary thing: tools etc
+ Travel arrangement for engineer
+ Collecting service report and all necessary document from engineer
- Finance :
+ Prepare supporting document for invoice
+ Send invoice to client
+ Making sales report
+ making profit and loss report

Requirements :
* Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, Bachelor's Degree,
Business Studies/Administration/Management, Secretarial or equivalent.
* At least 2 year(s) of working experience in the related field is
required for this position.
* Having excellent correspondence and administration skill
* Able to work under pressure and deadlines
* To support and manage project needs
* Having computer skill (Ms. Office)
* Excellent written and spoken in English
* Preferably Staff (non-management & non-supervisor)s specializing in
Clerical/Administrative Support or equivalent.
