01. ENGINEER – PROJECT (CONTROL & INSTRUMENTATION)

o Bachelor Degree (S1) in Electrical/ Control System Engineering with at least 3 years in electrical/ control system engineering of relevant mining/ industry experiences.

o Possess extensive experiences and proven skills in running service/ operation/ maintenance and production facilities in the mining or industry, preferably involving remote or develop locations.
o Have an understanding of how to manage projects, including engineering, procurement and construction of fixed plant’s electrical and control systems.
o Use experience accumulated in the current or similar roles to demonstrate a capability to think across others.

02. ENGINEER – PROJECT (ELECTRICAL POWER)

o Bachelor Degree (S1) in Electrical Engineering with at least 3 years in electrical engineering of relevant mining / industry experiences.
o Have an understanding of how to manage projects, including engineering, procurement and construction of fixed plant’s electrical and control systems.

03. ENGINEER - MINING

o Bachelor Degree (S1) in Mining Engineering.
o Having 2 years’ experience in Mine technical engineering position with practical production experience an advantage.
o Excellent skills in computing and data analysis programmers.
o Having experience in using MINEX software.

04. SPECIALIST - PURCHASING

o Bachelor Degree (S1) in Industrial Engineering field with more than 3 years’ experience in purchasing activities either within a project or mining industries.
o Having knowledge of purchasing, customs, logistic warehousing principles and market place.
o Able to work under pressure and possess creative thinking.
o Extensive knowledge of prevailing laws and regulations, especially those related to commercial activities.
o Skills in composing and review of contractual documents.
o Technical knowledge related to the services is a plus.
o Skills in analysis, negotiation and communication in Indonesian.
o Negotiating skills in dealing with agreement matters, after sales services claims, and meetings.

05. SPECIALIST - CONTRACT (NTP)

o Bachelor Degree (S1) in Mining or Engineering with 2 year experience as Contract Specialist / Contract Engineer if preferable.
o Extensive Knowledge of prevailing laws and regulations, especially those related to commercial activities.
o Strong analytical, negotiation and problem solving skills.
o Having national or international certification in Supply Chain/ Procurement.
o Ability to formulate contract documents and ability to interpret contract documents. Understanding supply chain management and continuous improvement techniques to improve it.

06. SPECIALIST – ORGANISATIONAL DEVELOPMENT

o Minimum Bachelor Degree (S1) in HR Management / Psychology / Industrial Engineering with 3 years experience.
o Knowledge of up-to-date Human Resource and organisational development issues.
o Time Management, analytical thinking, problem solving skills.
o Strong interest in people development.

1. Good communication in both written and spoken English
2. Good interpersonal and organisational skills
3. Highly self-motivated and strong analytical skills.
4. Computer literate (MS Office)
5. Creative, self-starter, team player and having self-integrity
