We are a National Oil & Gas Contractor Company with expanding new projects.

To support our current and upcoming business development, we are inviting qualified and highly motivated professionals to fill the following position:



Site Manager

Requirements;
• activate all organizational and logistic aspects of the Site;
• be able to manage the allocated resources
• organize specific remedial action in order to prevent works interruptions and budget exceed.

Requirements
• The Site Manager must:
• be degree qualified - minimum requirement of an BSc (S1) in an appropriate Engineering subject
• have at least 10 years of experiences in a similar role on Construction Site of Oil & Gas Project.
• have ability to understand and implement mechanical drawings;
• be effective and persuasive leadership comfortable with all levels of staff, client and others;
• have strong organizational skills;
• have strong problem-solving and negotiation skills;
• have communication skills in written and spoken English.


• The ideal candidate should be able to liase and to operate as a functional representative towards Client, Subcontractor and Local Autorities. He/she will also be the responsible of works results, costs, quality and HSE performances. The Site Manager must:
• ensure the implementation at site of HSE policy, HSE management system and related performance objectives and targets;
• define which approach suit better to Construction Works and develop detailed schedule;
• to co-operate in Subcontractors selection;
• be able to perform full responsibility for the implementation of all applicable Legal and other
