Port Manager

Job Description
* Responsible for handling and controlling logistic, finance, maintenance and operational department
* Responsible for handling loading schedule in Port Area
* Responsible for handling customer contract and making smooth relationship with them
* Responsible for handling good communication with local people and local government related with Port Area Operational.
* Minimum Bachelors Degree (S1) of Law, Management or other related field from a reputable Indonesian University or overseas
* Minimum 5 years work experience as a Port Manager
* Having certificate of ANT, Port Management
* Good command of the English language is a must
* Good administrative and computer skills
* Strong sense of responsibility, leadership and self management
* Proactive, hardworking, discipline, can work under high pressure and result oriented person
* Excellence in logical thinking, analytical skill and innovative problem solving
* Good personality, inter-personal skills, communication skill and Negotiation Skill.
* Having knowledge and experience in Mining Port Management, Mining Industry, oil and gas or trading industry would be an advantage.
* Willing to stay in Port Area, Kintap South Kalimantan
* Can join immediately
* Capable to handle issues relating to the employment relationship and
working closely HR Department
