Role synopsis
Operate critical equipment’s and systems of all process and facilities within its safe operating limit (SOL) as directed by Lead Technician or Shift Supervisor. Any deviation from SOL is reported.

Key accountabilities
1. Operate critical equipment’s and systems of all process and facilities within its safe operating limit (SOL) as directed by Lead Technician or Shift Supervisor. Any deviation from SOL is reported.
2. Deliver process safety & personal safety to maintain license to operate, and integrity of equipment at ORF Facilities.
3. Read and fill in log sheets, communicate any changes of operating conditions to Lead Technician or Shift Supervisor.
4. Monitor and report any defects and process, mechanical, or instrumentation problems to Lead Tech or Shift Supervisor.
5. Use of operating procedure in all activities during start up and shutdown of the facilities or equipment, fulfill copies of blind lists and check list used during shut down and start up. Provide feedback to update and redline operating procedures.
6. Properly prepare equipment’s for PM checks in the operating areas according to schedule safely and monitor status of systems so that operation is not upset during maintenance activities.
7. Ensure work permit is valid and conditions are listed on permit exist for any maintenance job in their area of responsibility.
8. Ensure the follow up of all maintenance activities as per the job plan and report the PM status of each job to Lead Technician or Shift Supervisor.
9. Assist Lead Technician or Shift Supervisor to prepare working area and isolation energy for any Maintenance job on equipment.

Essential Education
Senior Hight School or Diploma 3 graduate

Essential experience and job requirements
-Batch 6 Field Technician
-Must hold Indonesian Citizenship

Desirable criteria & qualifications

1. Basic level of English in writing and verbal communication.
2. Able to use Computer application.
