FINANCE - ACCOUNTING (SPV)

Key Responsibilities:
• Receive and process all receipts and payments included and not limited to by way of purchase orders, invoices, payroll, expenses claims forms, tax claims and other requests for payment;
• Verify calculations, carry out reconciliations, and input codes for posting into the general ledgers Reconcile account postings of project event budgets;
• Handle daily and weekly petty cash transactions and ensure that reconciliations are completed on a weekly basis;
• Ensure all statutory / other filings are done in a timely and accurate manner;
• Prepare cheques and petty cash for payments;
• Assist the Finance Manager in the preparation of Financial and Management Accounting reports. Such reports are of various frequencies from weekly to multi-year. These include and are not limited to company cash flow, Accounts Payable / Accounts Receivable, Company-wide and Project specific budgets. In some cases the reports are associated with year-end closing; and
• Support the Finance Manager in the preparation of any other ad hoc reports requested by Director, Finance and Administration, and other company Directors, where appropriate.

Qualifications:
• Bachelor Degree in Accounting from a reputable institution;
• Preferably with at least 5 years’ experience in financial and management accounting;
• Excellent computer skills, to include MS Office, Word, Excel, Powerpoint and Outlook;
• Familiar with accounting systems, knowledge of Accurate Accounting System will be an advantage
• Proven track record and direct experience in mining and industrial estate would be advantageous

LAND COMPENSATION SUPERINTENDENT & EXTERNAL
RELATION

• Minimum S1 any related field
• Minimum 4 year experience in Land Compensation, Community Relations, Community Development, Community Engagement preferably in coal mining industry.
• Must have highly developed interpersonal and communication skills, problem solving capabilities, & knowledge of community planning
• Plan, communicate and negotiation land compensation requirement with land owners within reasonable price and time frame.
• Serve as the focal point of contact with the local communities, liaising with community leaders, local government units, local council members and community groups.
• Responsible for maintaining a positive corporate image as well as ensuring a strong flow of information between the company, community groups and local government units.
• Developing strategies to resolve land access and land use conflicts in line with company policy and standards and maintaining positive company profile and reputation in the conduct of all land acquisition activities.
• Ensuring proper documentation of all land transactions to provide comprehensive records in line with legal requirements and future asset protections.

FINANCE & ACCOUNTING STAFF

Job Description :
• Responsible for the operation of all accounting systems and records, including: cash receipts, expenditures, investments, purchasing, inventory, assets, payroll.
• Reviews and authorizes check requests and purchase order invoices
• Reconciles bank accounts and verify the bank balance with the general ledger
• Reviews general ledger on a monthly basis to ensure accuracy of posting
• Maintain good relationship with third party exp: bank and vendor

Requirements :
• Age between 25-30 years old
• S1 graduate from reputable university
• Deep Understanding Account Receivable (AR) and Account Payable (AP)
• Expert in Microsoft office ( Excell, words, & power point )

KEPALA TEKNIK TAMBANG

Responsibilities:
• Prepare strategy and annual Safety & Environmental Program, Conceptualization of budget and man power plan in Safety & Environment.
• Prepare Report to government about RKL/RPL progress quarterly.
• Prepare Report to government about RKL/RPL progress quarterly
• Conducted mining activities such as Mine Planning & Mine production (land clearing,
drilling, mine survey, Overburden activity)
• Manage sub contractor.
• Prepare Monthly Production Report, Evaluation mining progress, and Annual plan
• As management representative of Environment Management System.
• Conceptualization of budget plan and man power plan.
• Coordinate and implement effective mine closure.
• Make Good relationship with local Community in mine area

Qualification:
• Master Degree or Bachelor degree from faculty of Mining engineer / Geology
• Maximum 40 years old
• Minimum 10 (ten) years experience in mining industry and as a KTT minimum for 5 years
• Hold POU & KTT certification from Ministry of Energy Mineral Resources Republic Indonesia ( Direktorat Jenderal Mineral dan Batubara )
• Fluent in English both oral & written
• Expert in Mining Operations, Including environmental, health & safety aspects
• Manage and control all mining sites operation for all mining aspect include technical & non technical to achieve project target

CIVIL MANAGER

Responsibilities:
• Network with customers, designers, engineers, in-house estimating department, subcontractors and suppliers
• Develop physical layout, specifications, Bill of Quantities and cost estimates.
• Perform engineering studies including economic analysis
• Review of bidder’s offer with technical adequacy complying relevant contract clauses and technical provisions.
• Conduct pre & post bid clarifications meetings
• Manage, review, and coordinate architectural/engineering projects and proposals develop in-house or by consultants
• Assist in the qualification of consultans used during pre-design and pre-construction services
• Assist in the preparation of project milestone schedules and cash-flow forecasts
• Provide VE analysis and options on impacts to project schedules and budgets
• Identify and coordinate any project required permits
• Identify potential long lead or potential cost escalation items
• Collaborate with estimators on cost estimaters, cost model and material comparisons, constructability reviews, and schedules with qualifications and assumptions
• Manage pre-construction coordination meetings and assist with bid analysis and reviews

Qualification:
• Mater Degree or Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, Business Administration, or equivalent experience.
• 10 Years work experience with project management, bid analysis , budgeting, writing scope of work, document interpretation, pricing on hard bid, design-build, and negotiated projects.
• At least 5 Years at management level
• Familiarity in mining and Industrial Park with specifications and supplements to each and with reading blueprints and plans.
• Proficiency in planning, scheduling, and production, in Microsoft Project or equivalent software and in Microsoft Office suite of software-Excel/Word/Outlook/ etc also needed along with estimating software knowledge.

HRGA SUPERVISOR

Qualification:
• Male or Female , Maximum 30 years old
• Minimum Bachelor Degree Law, from Psychology or any related dicipline
• Having known well and understanding of HR function area, Labor Law and Manpower Regulation, Recruitment, Industrial Relation, Personnel Administration, Organization Development, Drafting company policy, Welfare, Jamsostek, Tax, Payroll, Outsourcing, People Development

FINANCE &ACCOUNTING SUPERINTENDENT

Responsibilities:
• Develop plans and manage the operational availability of funds .
• Manage and control the process of acceptance and bill payments including ensuring the completeness of documents ( PO ) from contractors , vendors , suppliers and or direct payments to third parties ( eg land acquisition purposes ) ;
• Checking the accuracy of data transactions
• Manage and control the entire process of preparation of financial statements
• Reviewing the financial statements of the subordinates and provide feedback bilama error occurs or a lack of data and supporting documents
• Preparing data and supporting documents for audit purposes in the relevant area
• Calculate and prepare tax returns , both for employees in pph 21 pph site and 23 in accordance with applicable tax laws ;
• Prepare tax report and submit it to the Finance & Accounting Dept. in Jakarta for review ;
• Implement reporting and payment of taxes after the tax calculation approved by the central office
• Compile and analyze documents related to the activities of the Finance & Accounting Department ;
• Managing and controlling the operational activities of standard setting process in Finance & Accounting with reference to the prevailing laws and regulations in Indonesia;

Specific Requirements :
• S1 majoring in Accounting from reputable university
• Minimum 2 years experience in Accounting & Finance Supervisor level and preferably have experience in coal mining company
• Have the ability to lead , analytical skills , good communication skills , able to make decisions and problem solving

All position will be placement in Kabupaten Bulungan, North Kalimantan.
