A national Coal Mining Infrastructure Business company based in Jakarta is requiring professional with international experiences to join the team on Site Project.




01. SCHEDULER

o Minimum S1 with technical background with 5 years experiences in project schedule development & control.
o Proficient at developing, reviewing and maintaining project schedules using Ms. Project & Primavera P6
o Experience working in Program Management of large capital projects
o Cost estimating background is preferable
o Proficient with all basic MS Office software (Word and Excel)
o Good written and verbal communication skills


02. SUPERVISOR – LOGISTICS

o Minimum D3 with technical background with 5 years experiences in project logistic supervision and expediting or graduated from Mechanical or Industrial Engineering or technical background university of institute with 3 years experiences in project logistic supervision and expediting.
o Have experience work for EPC project in Oil & Gas sector or bulk handling facilities.
o Good Leadership, planning and people organizing skills.
o Have good ability for data gathering & analysis, proficient with all basic Ms. Office software (Word and Excel), good written and verbal communication skills.


03. QA/QC MECHANICAL

o Minimum 5 years experiences for S1 Mechanical Engineering background, preferably in material handling facility project or equivalent; or
o Strong in many international standards of Mechanical Engineering and requirement
o Be able to demonstrate good understanding of planning and scheduling techniques and processes and good leadership attributes
o Ability to communicate at all levels within the organization.
o Good written and verbal communication skills

04. Supervisor Mechanical & Structure

o Diploma (D3) in Mechanical Engineering with more than 5 years experiences plus of relevant industry or Minimum SMK related with Technical Construction with minimum 7 years experiences in Structural/Mechanical project supervision.
o Extensive experience and proven skills in Structural/Mechanical Engineering/Construction industries. Having experience in Structural/Mechanical Projects at mining industry will be an advantageous.
o Have good knowledge and experience in site project supervision.
o Well-developed written and oral communication skills, both in Bahasa Indonesia and English, to liaise with KPC personnel, contractors and external suppliers, consultants.
o Have high personal energy level and enthusiastic to work in a dynamic project environment.
o Analytical, problem solving skills together with aptitude to solve technical difficulties.
o Having a good knowledge of KPC’s HSE policies (or equivalent), procedures and standards.
o Possess a driver’s license.

05. Senior Engineer – Project (Mechanical)

o Mechanical engineering background with good academic standing.
o Minimum 6 years working experience in fixed plant construction. Experience in executing bulk material handling projects is an advantage.
o Understand project management tools and techniques.
o Knowledge and experience in equipment installation techniques and standards.
o Knowledge and sufficient experience in project cost estimation.
o Knowledge in contract administration and supply chain management.
o Analytical and problem solving skills.
o Conversant with technical and project documentation.
o Excellent communication skills both in Bahasa Indonesia and English.
o High personal energy level, enthusiastic and able to work under pressure in project environment. Senior Engineer – Project (Electrical)

06. Senior Engineer – Project Electrica

o Minimum 6 years working experience
o Good Computer Literate (Microsoft Office, Autocad & other software)
o Experience with field control instrumentation, measurement instrumentation and other instrumentation related to coal processing and conveying, power plants
o Experience with Programmable Logic Controllers (PLC)
o Experience with Supervisory Control and Data Acquisition (SCADA)
o Experience with VSD (Variable Speed Drive) & Soft Starter
o Capable of and understand reading, red-lining PI&D and electrical & control drawings
o Experiences with Power Station, Power synchronize Generator, Switch Gear.
o Experience with Electrical Motors
o Experience with Trafo Distribution, Panel MCC (Motor Control Centre) and Panel Power Distribution
o Experience with Low Voltage & Medium Voltage

07. Senior Legal Officer and Legal Officer
Jakarta Raya

Responsibilities:
• Serves as the in-house legal counsel and provides legal advice to management and others regarding proposals or anticipated actions
• Prepares legal documents, drafts of contracts involving leases, licenses, purchases, sales, insurance, employment and related matters
• Drafts, reviews, and interprets contracts and other documentation affecting various areas of the business
• Performs routine legal research, and compiles data from such references as digest, encyclopedias, practice manuals or other sources
• Maintains the file systems for annual meetings and drafts documents for such meetings, including notices, proxies, affidavits of mailing, agendas, ballots, shareholders, commissioners, top management’s minutes and related memorandum

Requirements:
• Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s Degree in Law or equivalent
• At least 5 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position
• Preferably Senior Staffs specializing in Law/Legal Services or equivalent
• Experience in well known law firm Must be professional• Strong knowledge on corporate policies and procedures, Indonesia and foreign corporate laws, rules and regulations
• Fluent in English, both oral and written
