SENIOR DRILLING ENGINEER (10050734)
Job description
- Conduct and control the job implementation related to Drilling Engineering activities in order to respect the HSE Policies/Procedures and Company referential.
- Perform and finalize project studies to successfully drill wells in Mahakam Delta area.
- Capture and share the drilling lessons for the swamp and offshore rigs activities in order to ensure readiness of junior engineers to drill GDCP.
- Control the quality, specification and availability of Offshore and Exploration contract and equipment to ensure compliances with requirement specifications.
- Support cost efficiency and effectiveness of unit operations to optimize operational expenses within service.
- Control DIP process properly to ensure the follow up by all users with "D-Practice" software.
Required skills
• Education: Bachelor degree in Petroleum Engineering or Mechanical Engineering.
• Experience:
- Minimum with 10 years experience of well construction operations in different environment.
- Has experience to hold managerial position minimum 5 years.
• Skills: Good knowledge of drilling technology: Swamp and Offshore rigs, Directional drilling, LWD/MWD, Drilling bits, fluids and cement, coring and specific tools, completion, fully conversant with company softwares: Wellview, Advise.
DRILLING SUPERINTENDENT (10050733)
Job description
- Plan and control the offshore rig operations in order to respect the HSE policies/procedures and Company referential.
- Lead and control the offshore rig operations to ensure that the wells are delivered as per programs.
- Review and evaluate the offshore rigs operations in order to improve the performance through a continual search for the improving equipment, services and operational procedures.
- Validate information and report for other entities and management to guarantee the output produced in good quality and in time.
- Plan and execute human resources management and development programs within service in order to reach optimum competency of each personnel required by the post and to motivate them to achieve organization’s objectives.
Required skills
• Education: Diploma degree in Petroleum Engineering or Mechanical Engineering
• Experience: Minimum with 12 years professional experience of well construction operations in different environment, preferably with 3 - 5 years experience at drilling supervisor level with international exposure.
• Skills:
- Well control IWCF certification is compulsory (supervisor level and sub-sea combined) every two years.
- BOSIET training is compulsory with refresher every 4 years.
- Extensive knowledge of offshore drilling/completion operations and previous RSES experience in SIMOPS operations.

TRANSPORTATION SUPERVISOR (WEST PAPUA) (10040473)

- Perform the management and control West Papua District (WPD) Logistics Transportations, covering air, land and water transport operations to support exploration operations, through coordination with respective entities and supply base contractors.
- Logistics Base activities to support drilling & production operation in accordance to Company Rules, and HSE standards, through cost-efficient and time-effective methods.
- Operation coordination with Supply Base Contractor, COMPANY representatives on site(s), and clients to orchestrate safe & smooth logistics operation through the logistic supply base.
- Air & Land transport activities in Logistic base and from Sorong to Well Exploration Location.
- Provide a reliable and continuous logistics transportation to support exploration operation in safe and good performance in WPD Area in cost-optimized and time-effective manner.
- Establish operational standards and procedures for WPD transportation dynamics and corresponding plan to provide proper and auditable business process.
Required skills

Required skills
• Education: Bachelor Degree from Mechanical or Material or Metallurgy Engineering

SITE SUPERVISOR INSPECTION (10053513)
Job description
- Controls and ensure that the Management policies and inspection work program are applied.
- Identify, establish the detail weekly resources requirement for site inspection operation and ensure their availability,
- Co-ordinate with relevant departments and sites for supporting resources (manpower, maintenance support, transport, etc.) required for site inspection operation.
- Prepare, Communicate, Execute, supervise and control the site activities of integrity department to ensure that they are performed in accordance to the inspection program (scope, schedule, etc.), relevant technical requirements, and HSE policy.
- Monitoring the status of integrity recommendations and communicate it with relevant parties (construction, maintenance, site planner) in order to ensure that the recommendations are followed in due time.
- To follow-up the realization of any inspection recommendation and monitor the quality of equipment repairs and/or modifications.
- To perform necessary inspection in case of emergency, investigate and reports an incident/accident from inspection point of view.

Required skills
• Education:

- Conduct routine and incidental inspection of all contracted and prospected vessels in good and timely manner to ensure the vessels compliance with TOTAL HSE and MAESTRO standards.
Required skills
• Education: Marine Officer or Marine Engineer Class 1
• Experience: At least 4 years sea service experiences as Senior Engineer, advantage experience with TI and type of vessels in use.
• Skills
- Distinct advantage experience as ISM Auditor or Class Surveyor. Ideally progression from inspector marine 1 to gain experience of TI marine standards.
- 7 years minimum relevant experiences.
SENIOR DEVELOPMENT GEOLOGIST (10041453)
Job description
- Conduct the jobs related to geological matters in order to respect the HSE policies and procedures
- Define and propose the new development wells location and new prospective areas
- Ensure Well operation follow up (wells to be drilled and perforated)
- Develop geological models and control the geological consistency of static and dynamic model
- Perform reservoir appraisal and development, in terms of geology, to contribute in the estimation of the Group’s reserves
- Contribute to the enhancement of investments through a constant search for methods and tools in the effort to optimise reservoir knowledge
- Participate in the continue training and transfer of experience to junior reservoir geologist

COORDINATOR OF VENDOR MANAGEMENT SYSTEM (10049316)

1. Supplier Development : Develop supplier pre-qualification process, develop a reference supplier database, maintain the supplier database, be the point contact for new suppliers, keep track of supplier reporting, and support contract engineers when performing supplier evaluations.
2. Main suppliers monitoring: Establish a monitoring process of main suppliers performance, develop strategies for main suppliers, and establish a summary sheet for each main supplier in conjunction with Metier partners
3. Participate in the development of risk management activities
4. Participate to developing the involvement of the IPO in the activities of the affiliate
Required skills
• Education: Minimum Bachelor degree preferably in Business or Engineering
• Experience: Over 10 years experience and Preferably 8 years minimum in supply chain sector, oil and gas industry
