ATTORNEY
(PHE WMO Jakarta)

Work location: PT. Pertamina Hulu Energi – West Madura Offshore (PHE WMO)

Department: Legal

Summary Position:
To advise and ensure the Company and management to operate the PSC in accordance with the prevailing local and international laws and regulations and policies set by the Company in order to avoid or to minimize adversary legal exposures.

Requirements:
• Minimum Bachelor s degree in Law.
• Minimum 5 years experience with previous channeling to respective Government agencies (SKKMigas, Migas, Etc.)
• Basic Knowledge in SKK Migas Regulations or PTK 007
• Good communication & negotiation skills
• Language Proficiency – Good in English both written & speaking
• Office Computer standard skill

PROJECT HSE LEAD
(PHE WMO Jakarta)

Work location: PT. Pertamina Hulu Energi – West Madura Offshore (PHE WMO)

Department: Project – Operation

Summary Position:
The Project HSE Lead shall report to the Project Manager and functionally to the Corporate SR HSES Manager. The Project HSE Lead shall work closely with other functional disciplines and departments. The Project HSE Lead will be responsible for developing and implementing safety concept for EPCI.

Requirements:
• Minimum Bachelor s degree in Engineering.
• Minimum of 15 years experience in the practice of Safety Systems implementation inclusive of at least 7 years in Safety Engineering Management in Project
• Skills competencies related to:
- Safe Work Practices
- Work Permit Procedure
- Emergency Response Procedure
- Fire Prevention and Control
- Hazard Identification and Risk Assessment
- Indonesia Occupational and Safety regulation
- Applicable International Standards

• Language Proficiency – Good in English and Indonesian Language
• Microsoft Office, Windows-based PC applications
