We are searching for new oil and gas reserves from central Sumatra to offshore East Kalimantan.
We have begun design work on our deepwater natural gas project off East Kalimantan through Chevron Indonesia Company Our geothermal operations in Indonesia help make Chevron the largest producer of geothermal energy in the world. Chevron sells lubricants in Indonesia through our subsidiary PT Chevron Oil Products Indonesia.
BUSINESS ANALYST

Summary of Job / Qualification :
Responsibility:
Responsibility to all aspects of analyses in support of the supply chain management function from procurement strategy development, supplier management, budget and business planning
Participate in preparation of business plans and budgets and ongoing monitoring and reporting to management
Develop and/or assist in the development of category procurement plan documents, business cases, and other presentations with emphasis on clear presentation and interpretation of data gathered
Participate in optimization studies for air, marine and land logistics, and other core areas of Supply Chain support
Develop first cost and total cost value creation models and other related assessments in support of procurement strategy development and implementation
Provide analyses to Category Managers for sourcing tenders and negotiations
Support procurement teams through benchmarking, cost management studies

Summary of Job / Qualification :
Responsibility:
Responsibile to all aspects of order placement for equipment and supplies used in operations, drilling and major capital projects. This includes supplier selection, price evaluation, government compliance and international logistics. Key job responsibilities include:
Preparation and implementation of procurement strategies in alignment with internal customer's business planning initiatives (operations, drilling and major capital projects)
Analyses of cost components & industry trends in support of negotiations and bid-evaluation
Coordination with supporting organizations in the areas of customs clearance, inspection, and freight forwarding
Responsible for order expediting and accurate on time delivery of required materials
On-going management of supplier integration and performance measurement to optimize supply chain efficiency
Ensuring on-going governance of the procurement process and acting as a change agent for process improvements
