Legal Officer (Code: LGO)
Jakarta

Responsibilities
• Review and provide legal advice on projects
• Update company knowledge about Indonesian related law and regulation
• Liaise with relevant departments to ensure any legal risk
• Provide and interpret legal information

Requirements
• Male, age between 30-40 years old
• Min. S1 in legal or commercial legal
• Min. 3 years in corporate working
• Knowledge in Indonesian Energy-Mining Legal & Business environment would be an advantage

Business Development Officer (Code: BDO)
Jakarta

Responsibilities
• Establish, develop and maintain relations with people across the energy and mining industry
• Maintain updated information regarding to energy and mining business
• Record activities and information in Business Development

Requirements
• Male or Female, age between 25-30 years old
• Have degree on related discipline
• Minimum 3 years work experience
• English proficiency is a must


Secretary (Code: SCT)
Jakarta

Responsibilities
• Conduct Secretarial duties for BOD
• Maintain diaries and making appointments for BOD
• Maintain all documents and files
• Drafting letters and other necessary documents

Requirements
• Female, age between 25-32 years old
• Have degree on related discipline is preferable
• Minimum 3 years in corporate and secretarial duties
• English proficiency is a must


Senior Agronomist (Code: AGR)
Jakarta

Responsibility
• Conduct table study and prepare technical matters for any due diligence
• Make proper presentation on a palm plantation prospect
• Maintain updated information regarding to palm plantation business
• Establish, develop and maintain relations with people across the palm plantation business

Requirements
• Male, age between 25-35 years old
• Have degree on related discipline
• Minimum 5 years work experience in major Palm Plantation Company
• Graduate from major university is more desirable
