PT Torishima Guna Engineering is an Indonesian joint venture between Torishima Pump Mfg. Co. Ltd. (50% share) of Japan and PT Guna Elektro (50% share) of Indonesia. In addition to the sole agent for Torishima Pump Mfg. Co. Ltd.,
at Torishima Guna Engineering we design and engineer all types of pump systems and other related equipment for our customers.

Our major competitive advantage is that we can call on the wealth of pump systems and engineering experience of our two principals.

Although we specialize in pumps and systems engineering, our competencies cover a rapidly increasing range of disciplines geared to meet the varying needs of our customers. Due to the rapid expansion of the company to serve the oil and gas, power, mining, infrastructure and plant maintenance market currently we are opening for following position:


Proposal Engineer
Jakarta Raya

Requirements:
• Bachelor Degree in Mechanical Engineering from reputable universities
• At least 3years solid experience as Estimator in oil & gas projects, pumps or other related industries
• Having strong networking in supply chain
• Good knowledge in oil & gas service and rotating equipments
• Good command in English

Sr. Manager HRGA

• Responsible for recruitment, training, compensation benefit and industrial relation
• Graduates s1 law, management, political science, psychology.
• 15 years experience in the staffing business.
• Has the capability and expertise in communications
• Can keep a secret company ’associated with his duties as personnel
• Have the ability to relate to Government Agencies

Project Engineer (M/E Projects)
Jakarta Raya

Requirements:
• Bachelor Degree from reputable universities majoring in mechanical or electrical
• At least 4 (four) years experience in handling M & E works in a project
• Manager all activities related to the successful of the project and deliver appropriate HSE agenda
• Manage project as contract with owner and consultant
• Manage all activities start from shop drawing until test commissioning
• Manage delivery as time scheduled
• Coordination with internal TGE, subcontractor, vendor expert and main contractor
• Manage cost following approval budget
• Able to communicate effectively both in speaking and writing
• Draw with software auto cad is advantage pump knowledge is a must physically (health) must be prima

Mechanical Engineer
Jakarta Raya

Requirements:
• Male preferred
• Min bachelor degree from mechanical engineering from reputable university
• Specializing in rotating equipment
• Able to designs mechanical and electromechanical products and systems by developing and testing specifications and methods.
• Able to Evaluates mechanical and electromechanical systems and products by designing and conducting research programs; applying principles of mechanics, thermodynamics, hydraulics, heat transfer, and materials.
• Confirms system and product capabilities by designing feasibility and testing methods; testing properties.
• Develops mechanical and electromechanical products by studying customer requirements; researching and testing manufacturing and assembly methods and materials; soliciting observations from operators.
• Prepares product reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing information and trends.
• Maintains product and company reputation by complying with government regulations.
• Completes projects by training and guiding technicians.

Estimator
Jakarta Raya - Kawasan Industri Pulogadung

Requirements:
• Bachelor Degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Chemical, Physics, Environment) from reputable universities
• Having 2 years solid experience as Estimator in projects, pumps or other related industries
• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply
• Having strong networking in supply chain will be an advantage
• Good knowledge in rotating equipments
• Good command in English


Sales Engineer
Jakarta Raya - Kawasan Industri Pulogadung

Responsibilities:
• Able to generate sales from new leads and prospects
• Explore new market and expand to new customers
• Maintain good working relationships with existing clients and suppliers
• Sale of the Group products and cross-selling
• Focus on meeting customers’ project requirements and maximize sales opportunities
• Participate in tenders, projects

Requirements:
• Bachelor Degree in Mechanical Engineering from reputable universities
• 5 or more years of industrial sales experience in manufacturing, oil & gas, pumps or related industries
• Resourceful and competent in achieving sales target
• Good interpersonal skills and have the ability to build good rapport with customers
• Dynamic, aggressive and enterprising personality with the ability to thrive under pressure
• Possess own vehicle will be an advantage
• Fluently in English both oral and written
