Sr. Engineer FPU Installation
Sr. Engineer FPU Installation is a member of the IDD Project Facilities Team with Subsea Installation Contract (SIC) management responsibilities. The SIC scope includes the Engineering, Procurement, Construction, Installation and Commissioning of Export Pipelines to the shore; SURF facilities at each FPU and Transportation & Installation of Gendalo and Gehem FPU s. Lead FPU T&I Engineer position is responsible for overseeing the detailed design, contract management support, procurement, construction, QA and T&I of the FPU s. The incumbent is expected to be a Safety Leader for the work scope.
Qualification:
• Bachelor/Master Degree in Engineering (Naval Architecture, Ocean, Civil or Mechanical)
• 12+ years of proven and specialist experience in detailed design, procurement, offshore installation and commissioning on deepwater subsea projects with knowledge in deepwater Transportation and Installation of Floating Facilities.
• Experience planning and executing offshore installation activities for Transportation & pre-Installation of Moorings and Transportation & Installation of Floating Production Units (FPU) and shall include contracting, vessel coordination, interface management, simultaneous operations, etc.
• Over the last 8 years Candidate must have spent a minimum of 5 yrs holding position as Lead Transportation & Installation Engineer either with an O&anolG Operator or an Installation Contractor.
• Experience with EPCI of chainwire- chain suction pile mooring systems and towing systems on FPUs. Experience in Interfacing with FPU Contractor and Subsea Installation Contractor (SIC) for matters related to Mooring system installation.
• Experience with Mooring System, SCR Riser and Umbilical pull-in systems that will be temporarily installed on the FPU (including water sheaves) for Mooring, SCR and Umbilical installation. Experience in Interfacing with FPU Contractor and Subsea Installation Contractor (SIC) for matters related to various installation work.
• Experience in defining and incorporating project Process Safety Management, HSE requirements into final project specification for execution and post-project operations.
• Familiar with industry and regulatory codes, standards and recommended practices from API, ASME, ABS, DNV etc. Knowledge of suction piles, deepwater moorings, towing, welding & NDE standards and procedures.
• Experience in managing contracts; monitoring and approving contractor s plans, procedures, and work output; knowledge of contract management procedures.
• Knowledgeable of production operations and installation interfaces with Operations (Permit to Work, SIMOPs, Start-Up Procedures and Operations).
• Works effectively with others and strives to reach agreement on key interface issues. Has high ability to achieve goals using influence and trust. Ability to work with Operations Field Personnel is important
• Willing to be travel and positioned in the field within fabrication/construction phases
Sr. Subsea Commissioning Engineer
The Senior Subsea Commissioning Engineer manages the planning and execution of the Bangka subsea pipelines and topsides equipment commissioning. This position interacts within the Project team between different disciplines and sub-teams; Operations and with the EPC contractors.
Job Qualification:
• Bachelor s degree in Engineering
• Minimum 10-15 years experience in oil and gas industry
• 5-10 years in subsea pipelines and facilities pre-commissioning and commissioning
• Brownfield, Topsides and deep-water Subsea commissioning experience
• Preferable, non-mandatory - Valid Sea Survival and HUET certification
Construction Completion Coordinator
Job Function:
Responsible to the SCL for interacting with Company and Contractor construction teams to ensure that all systems are mechanically complete prior to Hand Over to the SC Team. Has lead responsibility for (MC) planning, preparation, verification, and documentation of "A" Check Sheets, Punch Lists, as-builts, etc.
Required Knowledge, Qualifications, Skills, And Experiences:
• An engineering degree with 5 - 10 years direct "hands on" experience in construction and / or systems completion in oil and gas processing is required.
• Exposure to drilling and downhole operations would be beneficial.
• High safety awareness is mandatory. A good knowledge of simultaneous operations (SIMOPS) is essential.
• WinPCS or similar Systems Completion electronic database management system experience.
• Requires an outstanding ability to interact with customers with diverse backgrounds. Must be an excellent facilitator and must exhibit mature judgement in conjunction with sound and analytical reasoning.
• Requires ability to perform well during periods of adversity.
• Ehibit strong verbal and written communication skills. Requires the ability to build consensus in areas of contention while enhancing working relationships.
• Plant/system mechanical completion and commissioning experience is mandatory.
Sr. Commissioning Engineer Bangka
The Bangka Sr Commissioning Engineer coordinates the planning and execution of the Bangka Topsides commissioning. This position interacts within the Project team between different disciplines and sub-teams, also with Operations and Contractors.
Job Qualification:
• Bachelors degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Chemical, Electrical, Civil, Petroleum)
• Minimum 15 years experience in oil and gas industry
• 5+ years in offshore facilities pre-commissioning and commissioning
• Combination of Brownfield, Topsides and Subsea commissioning experience preferred
• Required to obtain Sea Survival and HUET certification
• Required to be located in Indonesia, office may transition from Jakarta to fabrication site and ultimately offshore during commissioning campaign.
• Participate in engineering and process safety reviews; HAZIDs and HAZOPs, Risk Management reviews, SIMOPS reviews, Operations Readiness Reviews, Pre-Start Up Safety Reviews

Construction Project Engineer
Function:
Responsible for Coordinating day to day activities related to various petroleum construction projects, working with various internal departments and external contractors / service providers for execution of project plan. Ensure project plan are carried out in timely and satisfactory completion per plans and specifications. Provides back up coverage for on-site Project Manager.
Standards Compliance:
Ensure compliance of codes, standards, regulation and practices applicable to the design and construction (e.g API, ASME, ANSI, AGA, ISA, etc) including HSE and environmental compliance.
Requirements:
Experience:
• Minimum of 5 years of proven and progressive project management experience (within an EPC environment is an asset
• A degree in Engineering from a recognized institution – mechanical engineering degree is preferred
