NDT Inspector
Jakarta Raya

Responsibilities:

The NDT Inspector is responsible for establishing and interpreting procedures, codes and standards to be used during the inspection process of Schlumberger’s Fishing and Remedial tools and services.

We are looking for experienced professionals with prior exposure to the oilfield industry and strong track record in performing Inspection for drilling or subsea equipment.

Requirements:

Minimum a technical certificate from a recognized institute.
More than 5 years’ experience in NDT inspection of oilfield equipment.
Exposure to Fishing and Remedial or other Bottom Hole Assembly Tools is highly advantageous.
Well versed in API-RP7G, API-RP5A5, API-RP5CT, SPEC 7 or other relevant standards
Proficient in Microsoft Office Applications.
Strong command of written and spoken English.


Responsibilities

Participate in establishing techniques and procedures that comply with strict internal and industry standards to ensure our quality is maintained at all times.
Designate the appropriate testing methods to be used for specific inspection of our tools.
Set up and calibrate various equipment and ensure they are functioning within Schlumberger approved limits and industry guidelines.
Prepare reports of testing activities for the line and senior management and participate in performance enhancement initiatives.
Lead in the inspection of all new and used field materials to ensure quality and recommend repair / maintenance action to extend their service life.
Provide guidance to less experienced Inspectors.
