Training & Development Supervisor
Jakarta Raya

Requirements:
Ability to influence senior management, establish and maintain collaborative partnerships
Strong in learning and development concept with good presentation skill.
Ability to build strong working relationships, Internal and external to the organization
Bachelor degree from any disciplines with relevant experience
Three years experience as Training & Development Supervisor, preferable in mining company
Good communication skills, written – verbal, both in English and Bahasa

Responsibilities:
This position will conduct and supervise training & development programs for employees relates to the ongoing and long term improvement of employees skills
