Customer Service Representative

Requirements:
* Minimum of Diploma Degree in Engineering, Mechanical Engineering is preferred
* Minimum of 2 years experience in wellhead business or,
* 3 years experience in Oil & Gas industry
* Understand Indonesian market
* Excellent business acumen
* Excellent negotiation skill
* Familiar with PTK-007
* Good spoken & written English
* Highly motivated, punctual & discipline
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Responsibilities:
* To act as sales support/inside sales
* To provide quotation as required by customer or Marketing Department
* To create Sales Order after Purchased Order received
* To compile information, interpret customer’s requirement and prepare technical quotation packages
* To monitor flow process order is smooth
* To monitor status of customer order to meet delivery requirement
