CHIEF FINANCIAL OFFICER (CFO) – OIL AND GAS SECTOR

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

You will lead the regional corporate division as the Chief Financial Officer. You will be responsible for all aspects of financial and statutory reporting, handling the financial planning, budgets and targets. You will be in-charge on implementing financial control and management effectively. Your strategic direction and initiative will achieve company goals and objectives

You will report to the President and the CEO and will work closely with the Senior Management Team

Key Responsibilities:
* Ensure capital management and funding activities are implemented
* Building and managing a team
* Liaise with the Business/Operation Heads, Board Members, Auditors, External Regulators and other finance-related matters
* · Lead the company’s financial vision and strategies
* Drive the corporate division’s performance to achieve the business objectives and goals
* Ensure the business operations and plans affiliates with the financial objectives of the organization
* Implement investment and financing strategies


ABOUT OUR CLIENT

Our Client is a multi-national company, serving the Oil and Gas, Transportation, Steel and Plastics.

SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE REQUIRED

- A recognized Degree in Finance/Accountancy, MBA is an added advantage
- MUST have a Professional Certification (CPA) or equivalent
- Minimum 10 years of relevant work experience in Oil and Gas Industry
- Able to work closely with the Senior Management Team
- Possess sound knowledge of risk assessment, feasibility studies and internal controls
- Possess a strong analytical and problem solving skills
- Excellent verbal / written communication and interpersonal skills.
- Willing to travel in wider Asia
- Excellent understanding of the business in the following disciplines:
* Directing the financial vision, targets and budgets
* Developing and Implementing Financial Control and Budget
* Financial and Statutory Reporting
* Management Reporting
