JOB VACANCY

PT. Gracemount Pesut Jaya is a Coal Mining Company operating in Batu Kajang, East Kalimantan.

The company has vacant positions for:

A. HSE Superitendent

Requirements:
1. Minimum education is S1,
2. Male,
3. 5 years minimum working experience at safety departement as Safety Coordinator,
4. Preferably holding POM certification,
5. Good knowledge and understanding of Indonesian Official Law and K3 and environment mining activity,
6. Good knowledge and understanding of ISO 18001, ISO 14001 and ISO 9001,
7. Good knowledge and understanding of risk assessment,
8. Capable of giving work related safety briefings and instructions,
9. Capable of indentifying and stopping any activity which potentially be a source of an accident,
10. To Control and supervise work place Safety and Environment procedure,
11. To ensure the compliance of all safety procedure according to manpower and company regulation,
12. Capable in making Environmental program according to the work place requirements.

B. Safety Supervisor

Requirements:
1. Minimum education is D3,
2. Male & Female are welcomed,
3. Having minimal 4 years experience in occupational safety,
4. Preferably holding POP certification.

C. HR Personell

1. Bachelor Degree (S1) in Law or pshyclogy,
2. Minimal 1 year experience as HR Generalist at a Senior Management Position,
3. Good knowledge and understanding of Indonesian Official Law of Manpower (UU No. 13 th. 2003),
4. Able to maintain relationship with employees and other parties,
5. Male and Female are welcomed.

D. Mine Planning Enginner

1. Full experience in mine planning,
2. Degree in mining engineering.

E. All types of Mining People

1. Experience in general mining practices,
2. A good understanding of all the aspects of mining.

General Requirements:
1. Computer literate,
2. Able to communicate in English,
3. Good team work,
4. Good communication skill,
5. Confident and consistent.
