Construction Superintendents STRUCTURAL, MECHANICAL & PIPING

Our Mechanical division has been successful in winning a structural, mechanical and piping construction works.
We are currently seeking a suitably experienced Construction Superintendents to support successful delivery of the project.
These positions will be responsible for managing various teams, planning and support all aspects of the project works execution.
Applicants must be able to demonstrate prior site experience within the construction/heavy industry sectors and be available to start within 30 days.


To be considered for this role you must have:
* Minimum 10 years experience within the mining/construction/heavy industry sectors.
* Bachelor Degree or equivalent in Mechanical/ Civil Engineering is required.
* Have ability to negotiate and positively influence teams and workforce.
* Effectively communicate and drive positive outcomes with managers, staff and workforce.
* Strong relationship building, influencing and negotiation skills.
* This position and will require a strong and independent leader with the effective communication skills (English verbal and written) and work ethic.

Key responsibilities include:
* Manage engineers, supervisors and workforce to ensure that safety, cost and quality objectives are met.
* Comply with the Company safety, quality and environmental requirements.
* Contribute and participate in all technical aspects and project audits reviews as requested during all project phases.
