SUBCONTRACTING JUNIOR BUYER OFFICER

Department : Supply Management and Procurement
Report to : Subcontracting / Labor Supply Sr.Officer
# of required personnel : 1 (one) person.


The successful candidate will have following qualifications :
1. Minimum university degree majoring in Engineering or any other disciplines with basic knowledge of procurement.
2. One year of procurement and/or related experiences (i.e. Commercial Support, Project Management, Tendering etc.)
3. Effective negotiation and strong interpersonal skills.
4. Strong data management capabilities reinforced with PC application.
5. Ability to interface and coordinate with other disciplines in a matrix environment and working as team.
6. Good written and verbal communication skills in both Bahasa Indonesia and English.

Key Responsibilities :
Main workscope is consisting of, but not limited to : Requires to prepare RFQ to suppliers, review RFQ and communicates with suppliers, prepare bid/cost module analysis, prepare purchase order, data acquisition of subcontracting progress report and other required subcontracting database, monitor PR/PO status with the objective to achieve of Sub contracting' s objectives.
