This is an exceptional opportunity to join a world class and highly reputable MNC providing Engineering, Procurement and Construction Services to the Worldwide Oil & Gas sector with its particular emphasis in the Asia Pacific region on Offshore, FPSO Projects. With their continued growth and successful expansion, they seek a wide range of professionally qualified and experienced Expeditor to join their team.

Requirements:
Ideally, it is envisaged that are a tertiary qualified Expeditor with minimum 5 years of relevant working experience in the Oil and Gas field. It is important that you possess excellent communication skills and the ability to work within a team.


Responsibilities:
As an expeditor, your responsibilities will include providing interface between suppliers and project team to ensure that documentation requirements such as signed PO acknowledgments, Engineering, Procurements, Manufacturing, Fabrication, BOM, Drawings that in specified in the purchase order are delivered in accordance with agreed schedule. You will also be required to develop or modify an expediting plan based on criticality ratings of the equipments in relations to project schedule, monitoring of supplier's delivery progress, working with supplier and project team on recovery plan if schedule is not met.
