REQUIRED IMMEDIATELY

We invite qualified and experienced professionals who can work as a team, with proven competencies in the whole range of development and improvement initiatives, to fill the following position:

1. ASSISTANT GEOLOGIST (Code : AGEOEX)

Purpose of the role:
Produce geological information data, analysis and recommendation through exploration and quality control activities that is involving on planning, executing, review and reporting.

Requirements:
- Geology from reputable university.
- Experience in Laterite exploration or world class mining industries is an advantage.
- Mining software and computer literate.
- Basic geological mapping, drilling, core logging, and geological interpretation.

2. SUPERINTENDENT IT ERP SYSTEM (Code : SEAEXT)

Accountabilities :
1. Proactively analyze the ERP stream functionalities against business requirements.
2. Provide recommendation for continues improvement to support business.
3. Maintain and ensure the functionalities to become business best practice in change management.
4. Manage relationship of other ERP stream to maximize contribution to PTI objectives. This can include performance management, status meetings, and problem escalation and support agreement administration.
5. Project planning, management and task execution for end user area projects and for components of company wide system projects.

Purpose of the Role :
To provide analysis and recommendation of ERP (Enterprise Resources Planning) strategy, architecture, technology, management, development methods, definition, design, construction, installation, use and service delivery activities in order to optimize ERP functionality to meet the company business requirement.

Technical Specialization :
1. Experienced in ERP implementation and consulting (Ellipse or Oracle E-Business Suite is preferred).
2. Familiar with business process in related stream.
3. Depth understanding of enterprise relational databases.
4. Experienced in reporting tools (Business Objects is preferred). Have technical software development background and have proper knowledge of Data Warehousing concept.

Education & Experience :
1. University Graduate on IT (prefer) or IT related.
2. University Graduate with 4-5 years in IT including managing ERP project in related stream. Previous ERP experience is required. Ellipse or Oracle E-Business Suite is preferred. Understanding of enterprise relational databases would be an advantage. Should be familiar with related stream (Maintenance or Human Resources).
