1. Senior Metallurgist (PTS0053)
(Nusa Tenggara Barat - Sumbawa)

Responsibilities:
Provides key technical design and supervision to a variety of key metallurgical process including logging and compositing drill core for the metallurgical test program, core presentation, flotation studies, grind ability tests, material handling tests and confirmatory bench flotation test programs
Coordinate with groups such as mining, marketing, accounting and internal audit concerning production
Establish standard metallurgical accounting practice and procedures
Supervises sample preparation and metallurgical test work
Plans and implements long and short term activities for metallurgical accounting
Monitors performance of ore processing facilities at the concentrator
Gathers data and varities the accuracy and reability of the data
Assures compliance with established procedures and quality assurance methods
Ensure environmental compliance of Metallurgy and Technical Services related activities in the Flotation Plant, CCD and Utilities, and Filter Plant
Work directly with the Senior Metallurgist Flotation and senior Process Operations personnel in Flotation Optimization
Complete flotation modeling and simulation studies using JK Sim Float
Coordinate and manage ongoing recovery/concentrate grade model development and maintenance with Mine Geology, Mine Engineering and Metallurgy. This includes actively support and contribution to the ongoing mine to Mill program at Batu Hijau
Ensure that the projects are rigorously planned, scoped, resourced and are executed within approved time frames and budgets
Liaise with Process Sections and other PTNNT departments as required to determine project needs and for the collection of information required for rigorous project planning, scoping, resource, budgeting and scheduling
Provide on the job training in sound project management and control techniques for national staff assigned to the projects
Coordinate work carried out by external consultants, contractors and suppliers on behalf of PTNNT for projects including administration of contracts
Monitor and report project and performance on a regular basis
Prepare project justifications and financial analyses
Initiate engineering pre-feasiblity and feasibility studies
Keeps current with mineral processing technology and the practical experiences of other operations

Requirements:
A S1 degree in Metallurgy or relevant engineering discipline is essential
A minimum of 5 (five) years in the mining and mineral processing industry in a supervisory level position is essential
Proven knowledge of mineral processing, particularly in grinding and base metals beneficiation techniques is essential
Proven track record in technical project evaluation, management and control is essential
Highly developed problem solving, analytical thinking and creative thinking skills is essential
Excellent written, verbal and presentation skills both in Indonesia and English are essential. Must be able to communicate effectively at all levels of the organizations
Proven team work and proactive independent work ethic


2. Senior Geologist Development (GEO0014)
(Nusa Tenggara Barat - Lombok)

Responsibilities:
Coordinate and implement geological programs for development of geological model and reserve/resource reporting

Requirements:
Minimum Bachelor of Science in Geology or Geological Engineering, a Master degree is preferred
Minimum 7 years of practical mining geology and some exploration experience is an advantage
Supervisory skills experience in supervising technical professional and non-technical staff
Advance geological technical skill are required
Knowledge of Computer and mining geology software is required
Advance communication skill both Indonesian and English (language skill)
