HVAC/Utility/Plumbing/Rotating/Structural Engineers
(Singapore - Town)
1) Senior Structural Engineer - Salary $6500 to $8000

Responsibilities
• Independently design both reinforced concrete and steel structure preferably on large scale engineering projects
• Prepare bid package, specification, tender evaluation, plus construction supervision and project acceptance
• A broad responsibility with clients, manufacturers and public

Requirements
• Bachelors degree in Structural required
• Verbal and written communication skills with a good working knowledge of English
• Certificate in Structural preferred
• Self-motivated and willing to accept responsibility and ownership of work assigned
• Strong skills in Auto CAD and office computer program
• Be familiar with related Chinese design code
• 8 years of experience preferably on large scale architectural & engineering projects, multinational experience an asset
• PE licence an advantage
• Able to travel on overseas assignments (China) at short notice

2) Senior Rotating Machinery Design Engineers - Salary $6000 to $8000

Responsibilities
• Engineering design including rotating machinery & equipment
• Project management including cost estimating and time planning, coordination with other system engineers
• Procurement including preparation of bid packages/ specifications and tender evaluation
• Construction supervision including shop drawings and submittals checking, QA/ QC, systems startup and commissioning, plant operation troubleshooting, operation and maintenance manuals preparation, client liaison and hand over

Requirements
• Degree with at least 10 years’ experience in selection, preparation of technical specifications, material requisition, technical evaluation of bids, and review of vendor drawings/documents for rotating equipment such as pumps, compressors, agitators for petrochemical and chemical plants & utilities
- Conversant with international design codes and standards as ASME, TEMA, API etc are required


3) Senior HVAC Engineer - Salary $6500 to $8000

Responsibilities
• Engineering design including P & ID's
• Project management including cost estimating and time planning, coordination with other system engineers
• Procurement including preparation of bid packages/ specifications and tender evaluation
• Construction supervision including shop drawings and submittals checking, QA/ QC, systems startup and commissioning, plant operation troubleshooting, operation and maintenance manuals preparation, client liaison and hand over

Requirements
• Degree in Mechanical, HVAC or Building Services Engineering
• Proficient in AutoCAD
• 8 years' experience in design and project management of HVAC systems such as cleanrooms, air handling, process exhaust, chilled/ hot water piping and other mechanical building services systems in the pharmaceutical, semiconductors or building industries
• Experience is system design for scrubbers, Compressed air, exhaust systems, Industrial systems design a must
• Able to travel on overseas assignments at short notice


4) Senior Plumbing Engineer - Salary $6000 to $8000

Responsibilities
• Engineering design including P & ID's
• Project management including cost estimating and time planning, coordination with other system engineers
• Procurement including preparation of bid packages/ specifications and tender evaluation
• Construction supervision including shop drawings and submittals checking, QA/ QC, systems startup and commissioning, plant operation troubleshooting, operation and maintenance manuals preparation, client liaison and hand over

Requirements
• Degree in Mechanical or Water Supply & Drainage
• Proficient in AutoCAD
• 8 years' experience in design and project management of piping systems such as cleanrooms, process exhaust, chilled/ hot water piping and other mechanical building services systems in the pharmaceutical, semiconductors or building industries
• Able to travel on overseas assignments at short notice


5) Senior Mechanical Utility Engineer - Salary $6500 to $8500Responsibilities
• Engineering design including P & ID's, performing calculations, sizing equipment, preparing equipment and piping plans
• Project management including cost estimating and time planning, coordination with other system engineers
• Procurement including preparation of bid packages/ specifications and tender evaluation

Requirements
• Degree in Mechanical, HVAC or Building Services Engineering
• Proficient in AutoCAD
• 8 years' experience in design and project management of central utility systems such as air handling, boiler system, steam system, chiller system, chilled/hot water/steam piping and other mechanical building services systems in the pharmaceutical, semiconductors or building industries
• Able to travel on overseas assignments at short notice
