1. SUPERVISOR

Engineering (SPV-ENG)
Production (SPV-PROD)
Plant (SPV-PLANT)
Safety Health Environment (SHE)

Qualification :
Male with age maximum 35 years old
Bachelor degree related to each position
Having minimum 3 years experience as a supervisor in open pit coal mining
Having a second class blasting certificate for PROD


2. GROUP LEADER

Engineering (GL-ENG)
Production (GL-PROD)
Plant (GL-PLANT)
Safety Health Environment (GL-SHE)

Qualification :
Male with age maximum 27 years old
Bachelor / Diploma degree related to each position.
Having minimum 2 years experience as a GL in open pit coal mining
Have a second class blasting certificate for PROD


3. SECTION HEAD

Engineering (ENG)
Production (PROD)
Plant (PL)
Safety Health Environment (SHE)

Qualification :
Male with age maximum 40 years old
Bachelor degree related to each position
Having a minimum 5 years experience in open pit coal mining area, 2 years in managerial position


4. DEPUTY PROJECT MANAGER (DPM)

Qualification :
Male with age maximum 45 years old
Bachelor degree in Mining / Geology
Having 8 years experience in open pit coal mining area,
2 years in managerial position
Having knowledge about SHE,PROD & ENG
