1.Expeditor
(Singapore)

Requirements:
Diploma in Engineering or equivalent with 2 years of relevant work experience.
Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.


Responsibilities:
Handles all expediting activities for Purchase Orders.
Provide solutions to problems and appropriate actions to minimize any delay in schedule.
Follow up with company's and vendors' engineering department to resolved problems promptly.
Check first issue of drawings, engineering documents and other non-material requirements necessary for Project to proceed with detailed Engineering.
Initiate and appoint Third Party Inspection Agency for Oversea Expediting, Inspection & Testing.


2.Site Supervisor/ Engineer
(Singapore - West and East)

Requirements:
Degree in Civil Engineering and equivalent.
At least 5 years of relevant experience in construction.


Responsibilities:
Attend weekly site meeting with contractor on co-ordination and resolution of site problems.
Review project specifications and technical clarifications.
Prepare method statement and check drawing discrepancies.
Carry out project planning, project supervision, design, purchasing, cost control and documentation.
Supervise the construction works and co-ordinate with client’s representation, consultants and sub-contractors on technical issues.
Meeting project deadlines.
Ensure quality of work is achieved and safety regulations are been complied.
