Lead Electrical Engineer, Jakarta – Offshore O & G Projects
(Others - Jakarta, Indonesia)

Requirements:
Ideally, you will possess at least Degree level qualifications in Electrical Engineering and minimum 10 years Electrical Systems design experience in Oil & Gas On/Offshore plants. Ideally you have demonstrable experience of leading the complete Electrical Engineering Scope of works from concept to handover on Offshore Projects. We seek a working knowledge of Electrical Systems design standards. Strong leadership and communication skills are essential along with a good level of cultural sensitivity and awareness with which to manage, lead and develop a multinational/local team. The ability to function as part of a multi-disciplinary engineering team to maintain clear understanding of design issues, progress and objectives is required.

This is an excellent opportunity that would allow the successful candidate to fast track their career commensurate with their capability and performance. There would also be the opportunity to broaden their experience out of O & G and into other sectors such as Power Generation etc.

Responsibilities:
As a Lead Electrical Design Engineer, you will undertake broad People and Technical leadership responsibilities within the company. This will involve individual and team development (Coaching and mentoring Nationals), technical Design Leadership and Proposals/Project Development involving detailed calculations, design, specifications and more; including engineering feasibility analysis and studies and detailed Electrical Systems design for Process Plant/Systems on oil & gas On/Off Shore infrastructure/plant.
