Sibelco Lautan Minerals is a part of the Sibelco Group, Belgium, which is operating in the minerals manufacturer purpose application to many sector industries, such as Glass Industry, Ceramic Industry, etc. Located in Jababeka Industrial Estate, Cikarang, now we’he have been having four factories in Indonesia. In a line of company development which growing fast, we need employee as Business Development Executive who a capable, dynamic and hard willing to develop company.

BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT EXECUTIVE (BDE)
Qualifications :

• Age 25 – 35 years.
• Bachelor degree from chemical engineering, chemistry or management from reputable university.
• At least 2 years experience in sales management preferably in a ceramics and glass industry.
• Effective leadership.
• Fluent in English both verbal and written.
• Proficient in Microsoft office : MS Word, Excel and Power Point.
• To be located in Cikarang

Job Responsible :

• Propose annual business development budget.
• Perform opputunities to develop new market.
• Manage Accounts and increase profitability of accounts.
• Analyze customer and competitor data to support sales strategy and marketing intelligence.
