Qualifications:
Disciplines: Mechanical /Electrical /Instrumentation

• Graduated (relevant degree) from Engineering Disciplines or equivalent qualifications
• Having 8 – 10 experiences in plant maintenance operations, with 2 – 3 years in LNG plant is an advantage
• Having relevant Training records in the area of Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) in Oil & Gas, LNG, or Petrochemical environment
• Working knowledge of computer applications and methods, especially related to CMMS / SAP is an advantage
• Good command of spoken and written English
• Job Type : Contract (2-3 years, renewable)


Maintenance Supervisor

Qualifications:

• Bachelor degree in respective Engineering discipline ( Electrical /Instrument/Control Systems; Mechanical); or equivalent qualifications
• 10 – 15 years of experience in Oil & Gas operations or maintenance; Project constructions; with 3 – 5 years experience in LNG plants as an advantage
• Good level of knowledge and know how on maintenance operations, systems & procedures, its organization and supervision
• Having Training records in the area of Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) of Oil & Gas, LNG, or Petrochemical environment
• Working knowledge of computer applications and methods, especially related to CMMS / SAP.

Senior Engineer
Required Qualifications:

Qualifications:

• Bachelor degree in respective Engineering discipline ( Mechanical/Metallurgy) or equivalent qualifications
• 10 – 15 years of experience in inspection operations in Oil & Gas plants & facilities; Project constructions; 3 – 5 years experience in LNG plants is an advantage
• Good level of knowledge and know how on Inspection operations, systems & procedures, its organization and supervision

Marine Terminal Officer

Qualifications:
• Graduated (relevant degree) from a Marine Engineering or equivalent qualifications
• 10 - 15 years specific experience in the marine / terminal operations of Oil & Gas or Petrochemical industry , including minimum 3 years in LNG operations
• High level knowledge and know how on marine/terminal operations (loading/unloading)
• Having relevant international certifications related to Marine operations is mandatory
• Having Training records in the area of Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) in marine operations of Oil & Gas, LNG, or Petrochemical industry environment
• Working knowledge of computer applications and methods, especially related to CMMS / SAP

Production Panel / Senior Operators

Qualifications:
• Graduated (relevant degree) from Engineering Disciplines or equivalent qualifications
• Having 8 – 10 experiences in plant process or production operations, with 2 – 3 years in LNG plant is an advantage
• Having relevant Training records in the area of Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) in Oil & Gas or Petrochemical industry environment

Senior SAP Administrator

Qualifications:
• Graduated (Bachelor degree) from Computer Science or equivalent qualifications
• Having 8 – 10 years of experiences in SAP Basis Administration (preferably in Oil & Gas or Petrochemical industry)
• Having SAP BASIS certification. Certification in User Administration and Security is an advantage
• Hands-on involvement in SAP implementations or upgrades projects (BW experience is a plus)
• Excellent management, communication, interpersonal and teamwork skills

Head of Operational Safety

• Reports to Cooperate HSSE Manager
• Develop, recommend and define company operational safety and occupational health policy and standards with effective integration into the business decisions and activities
• Represent the company regarding operational safety discipline within industry, communicate technical issues and protect the Company’s interests
• Participate the Emergency Response Team, monitor the effectiveness of the Corporate emergency response function and ensure required changes are implemented
• Lead the accident investigation (root cause analysis process) across the Company, facilitate and support the Operational Groups/assets during the investigations, analyse and disseminate accident & incident data and produce reports
• Define and deliver KPIs (Key Performance Indicator) which are measured against time/quality/ budget/ client satisfaction and safety
• Develop project interface/bridging documents to ensure the standardisation of safety, health & environmental processes across the company
• Support and advise Company health & safety committees and contribute in developing Company Management System processes
• Supervise the team in identifying manpower needs, participating recruitment interview, developing and mentoring professional staff through employee appraisals and performance management system
• Forecast, manage and monitor the team budget and review methods for the improvement

Qualifications :

• Degree education or Chartered certificate with health & safety qualification
• Minimum 10 years relevant health & safety experience at the supervisory level
• Ability to represent the company at an industry level and lead/facilitate the workgroups
• Significant responsibility in leading multi-disciplinary teams or projects
• Thorough knowledge of International Energy Industrial health & safety legislation, Company standards and procedures
• Certified Management Systems Lead Auditor for accidents/incidents
• Excellent communication and presentation skills in English both spoken and written

Head of Environment – Ref No. 144

• Reports to Cooperate HSSE Manager
• Develop, recommend policy and define company environmental management system and standard to ensure that the Company can demonstrate sound environmental management throughout the lifecycle of its activities
• Provide expertise and up to date information to Senior Management and Business Units of emerging environmental issues, legislation, developments and practices with their potential implications for Yemen LNG and ensure the implementations are carried out in a practical and cost effective manner
• Establish and maintain good relationships with Authorities, Group specialists and external stakeholders regarding environmental/biodiversity disciplines
• Lead or participate in audits and verify Company’s construction and operating sites are in compliance with Company’s HSE Policy and Environment procedures are kept up to date
• Prepare Spill Contingency Plans, lead the Spill Response Group and ensure that relevant personnel are fully trained and prepared in the event of an incident
• Lead the team, taking the responsibilities for identifying manpower requirements, participating recruitment interview, staff appraisals, performance management and staff development
• Forecast and manage the team budget and review methods for the improvement of budget
• Deputise HSSE manager in Crisis Management team

Qualifications :

• Degree level/Chartered Certificate with an environmental qualification
